Very good

Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house.

Little Tides was perfect for us!
We enjoyed our stay at Little Tides property. It has ample space, a nice clean refrigerator, two bathrooms, amazing king bed, a stove (though we didn't use it). We appreciated having the washer and dryer to use for our stay.
Donna was great to work with if we had any questions or little concerns that were handled promptly.
We would love to stay again if we are in the area.
The rental is nice. It was super clean! The king size bed was super comfy and the linens were so nice. downstairs does have a bit of a musty smell. Kitchen could use a couple more esentials like foil, ziplock bags and some cooking oil. Thee last morning we woke up to an alarm that took some investigation to find where it was coming from. Turned out to be a power box on the outside of the house that appeared to not be an uncommen issue as the button was labled push to silence. Would have been nice to have a warning about that.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We are aware of the musty smell in the downstairs area and are working with the owner to get a dehumidifier. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the kitchen essentials. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the alarm and have notified our team to further investigate. We hope to have the chance to host you again!

Little Tides
We enjoyed the roomy bedroom which included a cute mini kitchen, sitting area, and half-bath. The view was awesome! What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. We did not attempt communication with the property manager but had to rate that in order to submit the review.

Funky but comfortable
Part of the charm of Little Tides is the funky 40’s-50’s vibe. The kitchen works. We would appreciate the addition of a toaster and a blender. Also, weirdly enough, there was only one coffee cup, ironically a local freebie. The wicker sofa needs an upgrade on the cushions. The TV did not work—no signal, no channels. We tried twice. Also, the electrical outlets on the long wall are ancient—they will not hold a plug. They need to be upgraded. In spite of all this, we will go back. Little Tides is within miles of our family and very convenient. The property is beautiful!

Little tides
A very quiet and cozy little place. The bed, bedding and towels were luxurious and very comfortable; They looked brand new. Place was immaculate and charming with its retro appliances. If sensitive to smells, it has an old house smell and bathroom has a sewer gas smell. Nothing we couldn’t live with though for the short amount of time we were there. Shower is tiny so if your a bigger size keep that in mind. My husband is a slim 6’ and kept hitting his elbows on the shower door trying to wash up. The house was freezing cold upon arrival but that would be an easy remedy to have house cleaner turn heat on. Appreciate there was a fan in the bedroom as I am used to having one going when I sleep! We were disappointed there was no beach to speak of, water was high. Had looked forward to strolling on it. So keep that in mind if it’s a big reason your looking for something along the water. I wouldn’t especially stay there unless the beach was guaranteed to be available. Otherwise it’s just staying in a glamified garage a long drive from Seattle.

Lovely little tides
The view is incredible. You are just a steps away from walking on the beach when the tide is low. Peaceful and enjoyable. The only bad was very tiny kitchen but easy to with. And GPS will take you to the wrong place because it zones in on the house not the street address. Keep eyes peeled for address!

Get away
This was a great spot, very comfortable accommodations with beautiful view of the water. Carport very very tight even for our small VW and there is zero lighting down steep driveway to house. Otherwise great stay.

We had a great little time at Little Tides
How lucky were we to spot three open nights at Little Tides in Gig Harbor just as we needed a getaway? This little house was perfect: comfy bed, cozy linens, kitchenette for coffee and small bites. We soaked in the views, combed the pebbly beach both high tide and low, and did some low-key exploration and recreation nearby by bike, car, and kayak. We're almost always looking for a new spot to explore, but Little Tides will definitely be on our list for a second visit. (Special hooray to the management who quickly responded and saved us from certain death by delivering the coffee that must have walked away to enjoy the gorgeous views itself.)
Gorgeous little place, but some confusion around the shared yard (and access to beach).
So that you know - all the lawn is entirely shared. The deck and that grill on the large desk belongs to the main house, while the small house has its own grill. Don’t let millennials or rental managers scared of angry tenants tell you any differently. That yard and gorgeous view belongs just as much to the small house as it does the large house. Enjoy!
I enjoyed my stay at Little Tides this summer. The location is beautiful. You have waterfront and country side. The place was nicely done, funky and quaint. Perfect idea of a beach house. I enjoyed the private backyard patio area with grill, walks and shell collecting on the beach and wildlife around the property. It’s easy to pop in a kayak. Waking up to water views and going to sleep with water sounds was lovely. It’s a truly peaceful and beautiful get away. I’m planning on returning next summer.
