This gracious 5000 sq ft historic country estate offers all you need. Perfect for Oil & Gas executives, hunter, employees for a place to stay while working, a family reunion, a birthday treat, an anniversary blessing, the peaceful retreat you've been looking for to escape to, etc...
Your booking includes:
- Accommodation for 12 people. Extras person is $12 per night, may add up to 8 extra people, bringing to a total of 20.
- Hunting rights on 338 acres during hunting season (approximately half the size of Central Park in NYC) Permission form must be filled and signed.
- Private Fishing Access on the Driftwood Branch of Sinnemahoning Creek
- Use of the historic private small swimming hole
(waiver required, swim at own risk)
- Backyard fire pit (fire wood included)
- Optional rental of the large outdoor pavilion with stone fireplace
- Sighting of all kinds of wildlife
- Catering from local supplier is available upon request

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the stove valve is turned off, and that all kitchenware is clean and ready to be put away. Kindly do not leave any dirty dishes or other items in the sink.
Turn off all Air Conditioners, lights and fans. We might not get there on the same day for cleaning. If winter time, please set thermostat temp to 54 degrees. Leave all garbage inside of the garage.
Please DON'T make the beds. To help us conserve water, please place all used towels in the laundry room. If you haven’t used a towel, kindly leave it in the bathroom. Thank you for your cooperation!
