Lagoon View/Ground Floor/Near Harbour Town - Racquet Club Villas

This villa is on the ground floor with a spectacular lagoon view. You'll be minutes from the Harbour Town Golf Course, home of the PGA Heritage Golf Classic each April.

This villa is great for a couples. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more) and has access to the bathroom in the hallway.

Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area. This well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site.

New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped and easy walking distance to Harbour Town shopping and dining.

Sea Pines is a gated community. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails.

Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon.

Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. The trolley stops right in front of the villa. Countless other services and activities are offered within the plantation or are an easy drive away.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set thermostat to "cool" 73 degrees. Return pool/tennis key to hook.
Leave it how you found it. Do not move furniture. Log out of streaming services on our TVs for your security.
Tip – If you liked the cleanliness, please consider tipping our cleaning team. They work very hard to make sure the villa looks great upon your arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The fee for losing the pool/tennis court key is $150. If the guest informs the owner of the loss prior to departure, the owner may waive the fee.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We had the best experience at this property. It was the cleanest HHI place we have EVER stayed in and every detail was so well thought out. They had everything a person could need and more. We plan to go back every year.

Great Location for Harbourtown

Booked for a wedding at Harbourtown which we could walk to. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway to Hilton Head. Plenty of room and very nicely appointed.
