Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!

the room was very clean and we especially loved the thoughtful snack basket! plenty of space for a couple, or a small family since there is a bunk bed and large couch. they have beach chairs and a wagon on the balcony, which saved us a trip to alvin’s. walking distance to the beach and cute shops/restaurants nearby. only 15 minutes from destin if you want more activities to do on a rainy day. we just left and are already planning our next visit to this property! 5/5 stars!
