Gulf Place Caribbean is back and better than ever! Balconies and patios have been renovated, the elevator is brand new and the stairwells have been replaced.

Experience an outstanding view of the stunning Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. Or take a relaxing stroll on the sugary, white sands of the most beautiful beaches in the world, located just steps away via private beach access. Your dream vacation destination is on 30A and conveniently located next to the restaurants and designer boutiques of quaint Gulf Place Town Center.

Our Gulf Place Caribbean condo has been beautifully updated. We have a view of the Gulf, heated pool and lake from the third floor. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with fresh new bedding. Kids will love the twin bunk bed area that is tucked into the hallway. For extra sleeping space the new living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper that features a comfortable memory foam mattress. You will find that the kitchen is fully equipped and is furnished with stainless steel appliances. You will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is enough seating in the dining area for six. The deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and gulf breeze from the third floor balcony.

There is so much to do without ever having to leave Gulf Place. A number of wonderful restaurants and shops are just steps away. There are three swimming pools that are heated year round, not to mention tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole. Gulf Place has 3 deeded beach access points!

The host was so kind and responsive. Condo unit was very nice, with numerous amenities like a washer/dryer, board games, Keurig with K cups and a regular coffee pot. Bathroom was nice - the shower water pressure is great! Very clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Very quick and easy walk to private beach access. Great location with numerous restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience in Gulf Place Caribbean 310. Check-in was easy, condo was super clean. The location is walking distance to some great shops and restaurants! Loved the private beach access too. The beach area wasn’t super crowded when we were there. We will definitely be back!

This unit is a lovely, comfortable well-appointed condo in a very convenient location with excellent amenities. I highly recommend it for a couple or small family. We’ve visited this area for many years and would certainly choose to stay in this here again. Very nice and accommodating owners as well. Highly recommended!

Memorial Day Weekend

The place was awesome to stay at. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops around. It was walking distance to the beach too. There was a paper towel and toilet paper roll when we go there, along with garbage bags, and some dishwasher pods too which was nice. The bed was also comfy to sleep on. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time! The apartment was small but clean and comfortable. It could do with some updates here and there. A few more basic supplies would have been nice. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella. The location was great!

The beach is literally right across the street, my kids loved the bunk beds, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time and it was great with 2 small kids.

This room is absolutely perfect for anybody! Great views and great location! There are plenty of things to do at Gulf Place. All of the restaurants on property are great! Dan and Laura are great people to deal with! This is our 2nd year to stay with them and can’t wait till next time!
