In a residence on the shores of the Leman Lake 40 mins from Geneva, "feet in the water", a crossing apartment with a view overlooking the lake, not overlooked, with direct access to the beach and the lakeside path.
Private parking.
The apartment is 5 minutes drive from the thermal baths of Thonon les Bains.
The nearest ski resorts are 30 minutes away by car.
The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor of the residence. Access by stairs, without elevator.
