You have direct access from the residence by the lake. On the large south-facing terrace, overlooking the quiet gardens, you can enjoy your meals in summer and enjoy the sun.
The entrance is fitted out with plenty of storage space.
The main room is arranged with a lounge area where the pull-out sofa unfolds into 2 beds that can be brought together or separated. The decoration is a mix of antique and modern furniture to create a warm atmosphere. You can discover the work of a photographic artist exhibited on the walls. A ceiling fan will regulate the temperature if necessary.
The dining area with a folding table and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven + microwave, induction hob, nespresso, French press, kettle, toaster) will allow you to enjoy the local specialities. There is a fridge with freezer. The TV is hung on the wall.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, towel radiator, washing machine/dryer, hair dryer. We provide you with shower gel and moisturising milk from the Rampal-Latour brand, recognised for its traditional know-how in the manufacture of Marseille soap products.
Sheets, towels, tea towels are provided and you have tea, coffee (Nespresso coffee maker and French press), condiments available.

From the studio you can easily discover Geneva by the Léman express, go by boat to Lausanne or by car to go on excursions in the mountains or in the Swiss Valais
You are 30 minutes from the ski area of Les Gets, linked to Avoriaz.
Between lake and mountain you can easily alternative between water and nature sports.
If you want to be taken care of, the thermal establishments of Thonon or Evian offer a wide choice of treatments.
