The Guest House at Lupine Ranch has two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and 2 full baths, a full kitchen and an expansive living area. The house has a tree shaded patio with great views perfect for afternoon lounging, evening barbecues and late night star gazing. There is also fire pit (winter only) and a regulation bocce court.

Visit one of the areas renowned farmer's market full of fresh local produce, meats, breads, and other goods. Drive to the coastal towns of Cambria, Morro Bay, or San Simian, only +/-40 miles away, and visit the stunning coastline or Hearst Castle. Activities such as wine tours, kayaking and horseback riding can be arranged through local companies.
The Central Coast wine country offers activities year round. Summer turns the hills golden brown and brings outdoor concerts, the California Mid-State Fair. Lupine Ranch is perfect for a weekend in Paso. Will was so easy to work with and communication was great. The ranch is beautiful as it is surrounded by vineyards and views of the rolling landscape of the region. It was a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend!
This is a wonderful property in a beautiful country area with special views of surrounding ranch land incluting wooded hills, lots of birds and little annimals and even deer. It isn't a fancy location but the comfortable 2 king beds and 2 small baths were clean and fine. If Will wants one little recommandatioon it is that the couches in the living room need replaced..

Thank you for your kind review. I am in agreement with your recommendation on the couches. We plan to have them all replaced by end of the year.
Thanks - Will
This guest house is a true gem. The area around the house is more beautiful than the pictures show. The house is very roomy and very nicely furnished with everything you would want for a quiet retreat or family gathering. Definitely going back for a longer stay next time.
We had a superb host it was a wonderful place to stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Nice quiet location, but property owner requires you to sign a separate contract liability waiver in person upon arrival after booking (this is not mentioned in booking). This is separate and outside of VRBO. Its also an active working ranch, there were multiple people coming and going from the property (picking up equipment, tending to animals, etc). nice place, but didnt feel like I was actually getting the full home rental
This was our second visit to this VRBO and we enjoyed our stay very much! Will is a wonderful and accommodating host. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciate the 2 full bathrooms! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
Views were amazing and we had perfect weather. The locations was very quite and peaceful. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great host and provided good communication. Enjoyed hiking up the hill one morning.
Our family of five adults stayed on the property for two nights. Quiet location, comfortable beds and amenities. Our hosts we so thoughtful and helpful. On clear nights you'll be overwhelmed with the stars!
We very much enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and quiet. Just far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to get anywhere. Beds were comfortable and host was great!
Great property, prompt communication. I was very pleased with my stay, and i'll likely return in the future. Very peaceful property, very spacious. Best owners i've dealt with.
Nice house in the country, yet within easy distance to wineries, good restaurants and activites in the Central Coast area. Will was very genial and good at communications.
