A cozy Midcentury Modern studio apartment sleeps one. Inside of this unique custom home, are over 4200 square feet of space. The owners occupy the main house. The East Wing is a studio apartment above garage. It was originally built as a maid's quarters, later used as an in-law suite and has been renovated, available for your stay. The East Wing offers a spacious bathroom with open storage. The space offers two ceiling fans; one in the kitchenette and one in the living room area. Casement windows throughout, and an in-wall air conditioner with remote, for plenty of circulation. Baseboard heating surrounds the south and east walls offering plenty of warmth. The quaint wood-burning fireplace with a stone mantle make the space very cozy. The kitchen offers a gas range, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Cookware, utensils and kitchen tools are available for use. A cozy queen size bed faces the fireplace ensuring sweet dreams. Spacious closet with overhead storage and nice dresser for clothing.
