Our newly remodelled condo that is centrally located to all attractions about 7 min away from Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach and all popular restaurants perfect for families and small groups of friends that want an affordable stay. Whether it’s a romantic evening, or gathering of friends and family, or a relaxing time for reflection. This affordable condo is 90 minutes away Walt Disney, Universal Studios & Sea World. Available free parking, gym & pool.

The space
The condo has 2 bedrooms with the 1st bedroom is the master bedroom along with an on suite bathroom Queen Size Bed (2 ppl). The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size Bed (2 ppl) in the hallway you have a full bathroom as well as a spacious living room. In the living room it has 1sofas that turns into sofa double beds which fits another 2 ppl with extra blankets and pillows. The condo includes 55” TV. You can enjoy watching TV in the master bedroom as well. WIFI is included throughout the condo. You have full cable to enjoy as well as Netflix etc. You may also bring your APPLE TV or lap top to connect.
We provide the kitchen appliances and accessories to make it easier for guests to cook and enjoy staying in.
The breakfast table and dining experience is located directly in the on the island of the kitchen that fits another 5 people with a granite top.

The condo itself was nice. However, the building it is in is dirty and smells horribly. The permanent tenants that live in the building are sketchy and leave the building smelling of Marijuana. Not something to have children around. In order to get to the pool, you have to go behind the dumpsters where there is trash everywhere and old furniture that people have thrown out.

condo was comfortable, building was dirty

My husband and I were disappointed in the building's cleanliness and overall appearance. The elevator was dark, dismal and was not very inviting. The front entrance had a security code to enter, however, often the door the star well was often seen propped open with a rock. Going to use the pool was not very inviting as there was often a growing junk pile in the parking lot of old beds, dressers, boxes, etc. We stayed at this location for 4 weeks - after/around the 3rd week, the junk pile was finally picked up. The condo itself was comfortable and close to beaches, restaurants, etc. We did notice water damage on the ceiling in the second bedroom from some type of leak from the condo above, plus the mater bath shower either had mold or was very dirty (located in one corner close to the shower floor). The owners were fairly responsive when we did need to reach them.

Pictures sometimes can be an illusion.

We chose to leave after 1 night because of the discomfort we felt staying in the condo. We are realtors and we have been using VRBO for years and this condo was just unacceptable. When we pulled into the condo complex and we walked into the lobby is was filthy with random clothes on a bench at the doorway and the elevator looked like and smelled like it was out of a crime scene. It smelled really bad. I wish I could say I was exaggerating. This old condo had very cheap furnishings and the beds was very uncomfortable. The carpet in the bedroom was gross and felt as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There are water stains on the ceilings and just not a good experience. We told the owner about our experience and her response was she had not been there in 2 years. When asked about a refund she declined. Renters Beware!

Condo in Clearwater

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break vacation in Clearwater! The condo was in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the bustling Clearwater Beach and to the more relaxed Indian Rocks Beach. If you’re looking for a condo away from all of the spring breakers this is for you. The condo features everything you need for a fun day at the beach at your disposal. Thank you for a great stay!!

Very welcoming condo

Very welcoming and nice condo - the owner is so nice and provided almost everything you need for staying at home or going to the beach. The property is very close to everything in clearwater. Price is very reasonable for the condo. Thank you Sandy.
