Welcome to our costal inspired home called Driftwood Cottage - it's completely updated and located in the heart of downtown Colonial Beach!
Located on a quiet street and 2 blocks from the waterfront, this is the perfect spot to spend time winding down. Hang out on the large front porch or take a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, and fishing pier.
HOUSE FEATURES
Bedrooms: Each bedroom is fully furnished with new mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, desk with mirror, chair, and closet. It has an adjacent full bath. The second bedroom offers a twin size trundle bed with dresser, mirror, chair, and closet.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with adjacent bath
Bedroom 2: Trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances plus utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The separate dining room seats 5 and is adjacent to the kitchen.
Living Room: The cozy living room includes 2 comfy leather coaches; one is an electric recliner. It has a brand new flat screen TV with internet access and a DVD player.
Bathrooms: The full bathroom next to the master bedroom includes a shower/bath tub combo. There is a half bath next to the living room and second bedroom.
