Demolition and repairs will begin May 3 on the southern end of the building (units ending in '16 through '19) and our northern half of the building (units ending in '11 through '15) will start on July 8 through September 18. Since our condo is unit 1013 and two floors from the roof, we'd like to prepare our guests for some noise during the work hours of 8am to 5pm Mondays through Fridays.
