There were a few issues we had to deal with two foreseeable and one not. However, they did resolve those issues in a timely manner once notified. Overall, the property was great and the resort pool area was great.

The stay was fabulous and the condo was clean, modern, and perfect for multi generation family vacation. The mangt group was top notch as well. Super responsive to any questions and helped us when our flight was canceled due to weather. We will return !

Amazing unit in a great location!

We had a really fantastic time staying at the Luana Garden Villas during our recent trip to Maui. It felt very luxurious - the unit was very spacious for 2 adults and 4 kids, had a fantastic lanai overlooking the pool, and was very close to other pools in the resort and the beach. I feel like we really lucked out with this place. Overall, I'm giving a 5 star rating because it was so awesome, but there are some things to call out: - Contact with the staff was excellent. They were very responsive and put up with a lot of questions as we figured things out. - There were no condiments or spices available other than salt and pepper in the unit. I get the reason why, but after staying in ski rentals for years I've become accustomed to having some basic staples in a unit that has a kitchen. Again, not a big deal, just calling it out so future renters are aware. - The air conditioning broke before we arrived, so we had to have 4 portable AC units running during our stay. We had plenty of notice and all units worked pretty well, so no complaints there - There is parking right in front of the unit for two vehicles - super convenient. I really don't have any complaints, the place was great. Highly recommend.

Great unit and location

This property was perfect for our group of 7 family members. The layout is great and the appliances and finishes are very nice. It's a short walk to the beach. The overall Honua Kai resort is also very nice. We had one issue with the pre-arrival cleaning, but the management company was very responsive and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family accommodations

This has been the best family accommodations for my family of 3 adult children and spouses plus my 11 grandchildren. Plenty of space, full kitchens ( missing some items) and 3 master suites provided privacy for everyone .
