This home has a three floor open concept plan with five elegantly decorated bedrooms that include 2 king suites, 2 queen suites and kids custom bunk room. Enjoy the sun and shade under your private covered SCREENED porches overlooking the community pool and lush landscaping. One block from beach access at One Seagrove Place.
Saturday to Saturday in the high seasons.

Very nice beach rental.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The master suite is wonderful We especially appreciated the Weber grill, which we used several times.

Enjoyed a great week in a perfect house

Perfect open living concept on ground floor with screened in porch, screened in back porch, and open back deck. Three bedrooms on second floor and open bedroom and bunk room on third floor. Easy walking distance to bike rentals and public beach access. Parking for 3 cars. It was perfect for us.

Amazing house close to the beach

This is a great property. The house itself is new, clean, tastefully furnished and is very well stocked in the kitchen. The beds are very comfy. There is a small terrace on the top and you can see the ocean from there. It also has a back terrace with grill. It is barely 5 minutes walk to the public beach access, which is very important. Right next to it is a bike rental, seafood shop, restaurants and other amenities. We loved staying there and will be back!

Vacation 2021!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family this past week. The home was lovely, clean and very spacious. The walk to the beach was shorter than it appeared to be in the photos! I reached out to the owner twice with questions and both times I got a quick response!

Great location, well stocked and just the right size

This house was the perfect size for 5 adults and 2 children and would have been the right size for even more. It was well stocked with more than enough towels, cleaning supplies, TP, etc. and the kitchen was very roomy with a good size pantry. We really enjoyed having the front and rear screened porch for a quick cover from the afternoon storms and the furniture was very comfortable. I think everyone agreed that the mattresses were some of the best we have slept on in a rental. Pool is less than 100ft away and the beach is a very short walk. Will definitely stay again and recommend!
