Our family specializes in Colonial Williamsburg! We love requests for large gatherings, family reunions or golf outings! We normally rent 5-7 nights in a 2BR unit which sleeps 6 or a 4BR unit sleeping 12. Note that a week can begin on either Fri, Sat, or Sun; whichever works best for you!

ALWAYS Email us, even if the calendars says booked! We have access to more than one one unit and can almost always get you what you need!

The resorts charge much more for Fri and Sat nights, so as a general rule, the very best rates can be found Sunday to Friday.

We always try to provide you the best resorts, for the best price, or your important vacation in Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown and Yorktown. Our resorts offer a variety of vacation fun, indoor/outdoor pools & hot tubs, tennis courts, playgrounds, an outdoor pavilion, wireless internet, and hiking and exercise trails.

Condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was a little sparse on basic necessities, i.e., scissors to open frozen food bags for those who like to cook. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, which was great. Comfortable beds with nice linens.

Beautiful property!! We enjoyed the home away from home experience so much more than a hotel stay!! We had plenty of room to spread out and the full kitchen, living room with fireplace was a nice feature we enjoyed. We had a maintenance issue and went to the office to report it. The repairman was in our unit fixing the issue before we could drive back! Wonderful location close to all the sites we wanted to see yet felt secluded and removed from the tourist scene. Wonderful accommodations and attentive, responsive hosts. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful Resort in Historic Triangle

The resort felt like a home away from home. The property is beautiful and is incredibly close to historic sites in Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place for families

We really enjoyed this property. The historic nature of it was very nice. The pools were clean and week kept.The only downside was the 'game room'. It's really 2 racquet ball courts with minimal equipment. The unit itself was updated and clean. I do wish they had smart TVs instead of cable, but it's not a deal breaker.

Williamsburg Retreat

Bought the Triangle week pass. Enjoyed the freedom to explore and then also have time to enjoy the perks: pool, hot tub, exercise room and trails at the Hilton. What a relaxing vacation.

Great stay and amenities. Clean and quiet. Pools were awesome to take the kids. Staff quickly fixed an issue with the battery in the smoke alarm. The only minor issue was the thermostat. Could only have it set to 68 at night. Would've liked it another 2 degrees cooler to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had intense pressure. Would stay again.

nicely located within the main touriest stops like water counrty/bush gardens and colonial williamsburg and Jamestown. Plenty to do on property if you didnt want to leave for a couple days.Will say for a Hilton property it needs to be updated a bit on the insides.

Relaxing and fun!

We loved our stay! It was wonderfully clean and just as described. The location is so close to many historic sites… the property is also filled with fun, relaxing options to have low key, family time. We had a blast exhausting our energy at Colonial Williamsburg and then came back to relax and play in the pool and on the mini golf course. Perfect for a family vacation!

Great unit!

We stayed in the upstairs unit. It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We had no noise issues at all from any neighbors. The beds were a little too firm for my taste, but they were of nice quality. Everything we wanted to see (Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, beach access, etc) was close by (less than 15 minute drive). Also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes. My only complaint would be that the resort restaurant was closed for the season but no one mentioned that at check in. However, we would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Time!

The two bedroom condo was fantastic for our family of four! The beds were quite comfortable, there was enough space for us to spread out, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all of the pots and pans that we needed. The whole property was wonderful! The multiple pools and mini golf kept our family busy, and the staff there were very professional. I loved the ease of booking this property, and if we're ever in the area we will return here!

We really enjoyed our 2nd floor two bedroom condo. There was plenty of space and everything we needed was provided. Our favorite activity at the resort was the "Ghost Academy and Tour". It was unique and entertaining. We also played racquetball, swam and played putt-putt. Even though the putt-putt course was simple we really enjoyed it. The location was closest to Jamestown, but since we were spending one day on each at Jamestown, Yorktown and Williamsburg it really didn't matter to us which one wa closest.

The renting process was very easy through the hosts. The room was not clean and when I contacted the front desk it took several days and me repeatedly calling for someone to come and fix the issues. The staff at the resort were not helpful or pleasant once you declined the timeshare hassling.

Williamsburg Visit

We checked into the condo on Thursday afternoon, the main check in area is easily accessible, it took about 10 minutes and we were on our way. The only glitch in finding the road location is that there are several Ironbound Roads in the area, once we figured out the correct direction it is a quick trip to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor center where you can buy tickets and hop on a free shuttle to town. The condo is clean and has all the amenities that you might need. I didn't realize that there is a QR code on the side of the fridge that would be helpful for the Hilton Club. We didn't end up using any of the pools or activities that are available because we were so busy seeing the sights. David was helpful and easy to communicate with about the condo. I recommend staying here and would definitely return on a future trip to the area.

It was better than a hotel, but...

The unit was clean, however the livingroom furniture was uncomfortable. The livingroom and diningroom furniture were a couple of inches shorter than normal. The unit we stayed in was on the ground floor and when the people staying above us walked around, we heard every step because the floors creaked. I do want to say that the beds were comfortable and the pool area was wonderful. They have good customer service. We forgot our key and security was there right away to let us in (after checking our i.d. at the front desk first). We enjoyed the area and I wish I could give this unit a higher rating.

Beautiful and Spacious

I spend a lot of time reading reviews and trying to make sure I'm choosing the best place for our vacations, so here's my detailed review for you:) We stayed in a three story, three bedroom unit for our 8 night Spring Break trip to the Historic Triangle. My husband and I brought our son and my parents for our trip, and the place was perfect. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor were great for my older parents who don't love stairs. My husband and I claimed the second floor bedroom and bathroom, and the third floor loft was perfect for our son. Everything was clean, and we had all the supplies we needed from towels to dish soap to toiletries. If we needed more of anything, we just had to call and it was delivered. I looked for a floor plan before we went (because of not wanting my parents to be upstairs) and I couldn't find one, so I'll share here. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a king bed, a spacious closet, and a bathroom with a double sink and tub. There is also an enclosed porch area with cozy furniture as well as a deck with a table and chairs. The second floor has a bedroom, bathroom, and closet identical to the first floor as well as a loft seating area with a couch and a laundry room. The third floor loft area has two twin beds and a TV. The kitchen has everything you need for basic meals, including some pots and pans. You wouldn't want to cook a huge feast, but it was well supplied for basic meals. This had the feel of a home with the convenience of a hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had fun playing putt putt golf in the evening, and the indoor pool was nice. I was a little bummed the outdoor pool wasn't open yet, but it was only the last week of March, so that's understandable. Dave and Sandy were great with communication and found us exactly the place we needed for our trip. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. Thanks for a great week of memories!
