Extremely safe neighborhood in the heart of Isla Verde, walking distance to all Isla Verde has to offer, casinos, restaurants, shops, beach etc.
Condominium is centrally located, studio includes a queen bed, full size sleeper sofa and fast internet access.

Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, wine and drinking glasses. Also includes small appliances (blender, toaster and coffee maker)

Modern Bathroom, Walk-in Shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and towels.

This was the absolute perfect spot for our week long Puerto Rican experience!! Amazing beach and city views, and watching the planes take off from the balcony was an added delight! Linda provided everything-and I do mean EVERYTHING we would have ever needed, down to beach chairs, towels, even a beach tote and cooler!! The pool and beach location made for an amazing time and the location overall was perfect for exploring a bit outside while still having plenty to do right where we were. I would highly recommend this gem of a spot!!

The beach and pool area were beautiful - the best part for us. The room was updated and had most everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It's a great area with many restaurants, groceries, liquor store and pharmacy within walking distance.

I would rate this 6 stars if I could. The listing was perfect for what we were wanting: a couple getaway to Puerto Rico where we can be close to everything, especially the beach. The view was incredible, the room itself was very cutely done and had everything that was needed. Some small details we appreciated were the beach supplies that were at the listing and the logged in streaming apps, and the designated parking spot and the fact you’re basically on the beach. You can also see the airport from the balcony and you get to see planes land and take off (which was cool for us). This may honestly be the exact same spot we stay in or recommend to anyone coming to PR. Seriously this place is incredible.

Great stay

There were some issues upon my arrival where the power had gone out, and the refrigerator broke, but the host responded quickly, and accommodated me to make sure my stay was comfortable. It was a great little spot with access to the beach. Highly recommend.

The condo is very clean and comfortable!! It was perfect for the 2 of us! The building is clean and secure with nice landscaping. The location to the beach was amazing and the pool is very large! The pool and pool area are very clean. Linda was a great host! The condo is close to the airport so that is convenient. You can see planes take off and land from the balcony. Our son is going to school to be a pilot so we had fun FaceTiming with him from the balcony.The beach in front of the condo is beautiful!! The sand so soft!!! There are many restaurants within walking distance. And a lift to old San Juan is affordable because of the short distance. I recommend staying here!!

Truly an amazing place with everything you will ever need. Linda makes sure that every guest has the most amazing stay and I couldn’t be more pleased with all amenities from the pool to the beach and food options being so close there was no need to go anywhere. The studio is all upgraded with all appliances you’ll need and the view is amazing and super close to the airport. This studio had everything including things we forgot to bring but Linda was in communication always and worked around my scheduled flights which was a plus. I Will definitely be back to stay!!

We recently spent three wonderful nights in Linda's beachfront studio, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The 19th-floor views are absolutely spectacular. The studio was spotless, beautifully updated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is outstanding. With direct beach access and restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance, we were able to experience the best of Isla Verde without constantly needing a car. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking to nearby coffee shops each morning for authentic Puerto Rican coffee and local sandwiches, including a delicious tripleta.The condominium felt very safe and secure with 24/7 security, and the included covered parking was a great convenience for exploring other parts of the island. We also enjoyed the pristine pool area, which was exceptionally well maintained. Everyone we encountered, from residents to staff, was friendly and welcoming.What truly made this stay exceptional was Linda. Her communication was second to none. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. From booking through checkout, every question was answered promptly and thoroughly.This property played a big part in making our first trip together to Puerto Rico so memorable. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you, Linda, for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us!
