Most relaxing holiday ever!

We have recently returned from a wonderful two weeks stay at Villa Yakasi which was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve ever had. We decided not to hire a car for our stay and this turned out to be a good decision as we spent so much time by the pool and when we did venture out an Uber was only 5 minutes away. The pool was great fun, very clean and especially loved by our 2 boys (age 12 and 13) There were a couple of good bakeries within 5 minutes walking distance and a decent supermarket within 10. The apartment was also very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Armelle was very welcoming on our arrival (even though it was very late) and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We have never returned to the same location for a holiday but this may well have to change. Thank you Armelle and hopefully see you again soon. Kind Regards Basil, Catherine, Ben and Daniel x

Villa Yakasi!! 5*

After a long journey due to the inevitable flight delays. I arrived at Villa Yakasi and was greeted by Armelle at 23:00. It isn't a long journey from the airport and is in a great quiet location. I travelled around the area using Uber all of the time. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and the perfect temperature for the South of France heat! It was great to have wifi. The house is a lovely building and the beds were very comfy and I felt like I was at home as I stayed there two weeks. My friends who joined me loved it! For the younger people the bars etc nearby were great and everyone was very friendly! I look forward to meeting Armelle again in the near future to stay at her lovely apartment in Le Cannet.

What a wonderful place

We spent two wonderful quiet weeks at Armelle‘s beautiful apartment. The apartment is so lovingly furnished to a high standard and full of life, as if you were visiting family. There were four of us with our two teenage daughters and we were very happy with all the space, the three separate bathrooms and the perfectly equipped kitchen. There was really nothing lacking. There were also fans in each room for the hotter days. The garden area with pool was the highlight for us, here we could relax perfectly. Armelle always prepares the pool area in the morning and if you need something, you can then address her. Otherwise, we did not even notice that she was there. She is such a nice and open person, we immediately felt comfortable. For our excursions we used car, bus and train and also walked down to Cannes a few times. The house is a good base for trips to the various places on the Côte d'Azur such as Antibes, Nice and Monaco but also for hiking in the mountains it is not very far. For grocery shopping, we went to Bio à Mougins, a very well-stocked owner-operated organic market, with high-quality products. We ate best at Le Vingt4 in Nice, a very nice little French restaurant. We will definitely come back to Armelle, we would have loved to stay there. Thank you for everything.

Great holidays

We had an amazing time at this lovely house in Le Cannet. It is situated in a quiet area but close to Cannes, where you have restaurants, shops etc. We can highly recommend it!
