Great apartment with full use of the pool and garden area. Armelle is a wonderful host who waited up late for our arrival to allow us an easy check in and then gave us a tour of property and provided some essentials for the start of our stay. Armelle is on hand when you need her but gave us complete privacy and sole use of the pool and garden area during our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Great holidays

We had an amazing time at this lovely house in Le Cannet. It is situated in a quiet area but close to Cannes, where you have restaurants, shops etc. We can highly recommend it!

Nice and calm property

We had a pleasent stay in the property. The facility is a little bit old fashioned but evetything you'll need is available. Armelle was very helpful and equiped our start with cool drinks. 😎

Great hospitality and relaxing villa

Armelle was there to welcome us, very friendly and cares about the quality of her guest’s stay. She went out of her way to help us secure lost luggage was very helpful with any information needs. The villa was quiet, clean and just what our family needed to relax. Pool was well maintained and always ready for our enjoyment during our stay. We would love to return someday! Thank you !!!!

Idyllic French getaway

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Armelle is an exceptional host and went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday. She is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is a charming typical French residence with a lovely relaxing pool area which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. The apartment is comfortable and quiet with good facilities and is in walking distance of a bakery, little supermarket and butcher. Cannes centre is a short car drive also. I would highly recommend a stay here!

A Great stay

Excellent stay. Armelle was a great host, she showed us how to best keep the heat out of the house during a hot period in July, but even though, we still struggeled with the heatwave with no AC. Shops are nearby, daily trips to bakery just 5 minutes walk. A hypermarché a walk away was great when we cooked most of our meals at home, there was even a trolly to take with us to the market. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to nearest busstop to take us (with a transfer) to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home Armelle. We have great memories

YAKASI IS FABULOUS!

VILLA Yakasi was a perfect base for our family's weeklong stay on the Cote d'Azur. Easy to walk to the Palais (25 minutes - downhill!) and a bus that ran up and down every 15 minutes or so for 1E50 if you didn't want to walk. Renting a car was great - private parking spot right in front of the house. Armelle is super helfpul and considerate, yet totally hands-off and discrete. Pool is small but sparkling - see my photos. Very close to the A8 (less than 5 minutes), yet up a residential hilly street so you had total peace and quiet. 8 minute walk to the great grocery story (E. Leclerc) and two fabulous bakeries (one open 7am - 8 pm every day including Sunday). My family wants to stay a month next time (kids age 10/12).

Wonderful spacious apartement with a very friendly host

We had a very pleasant time with two kids (9 and 11) at Armelles Villa Yakasi. The 3 room apartement with 3 bathrooms is spacious and well equiped. Armelle thought even of the little things like anti mosquito plugs or swim toys for the kids. You have the lovely saltwater pool, which is cleaned every morning and terrace for yourself. Your host supports you with every issue and you feel very welcome. We started the days with fresh croissants from the bakery in 5 min walking distance. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood but you reach Cannes in 10 min by car and the airport in 30 min. The Wifi connection was perfect and we even had satelite Tv for the kids in the evening.Thank you again for this wonderful vacation. We can trouly recommend renting villa Yakasi. What a wonderful place

We spent two wonderful quiet weeks at Armelle‘s beautiful apartment. The apartment is so lovingly furnished to a high standard and full of life, as if you were visiting family. There were four of us with our two teenage daughters and we were very happy with all the space, the three separate bathrooms and the perfectly equipped kitchen. There was really nothing lacking. There were also fans in each room for the hotter days. The garden area with pool was the highlight for us, here we could relax perfectly. Armelle always prepares the pool area in the morning and if you need something, you can then address her. Otherwise, we did not even notice that she was there. She is such a nice and open person, we immediately felt comfortable. For our excursions we used car, bus and train and also walked down to Cannes a few times. The house is a good base for trips to the various places on the Côte d'Azur such as Antibes, Nice and Monaco but also for hiking in the mountains it is not very far. For grocery shopping, we went to Bio à Mougins, a very well-stocked owner-operated organic market, with high-quality products. We ate best at Le Vingt4 in Nice, a very nice little French restaurant. We will definitely come back to Armelle, we would have loved to stay there. Thank you for everything.

Un petit bijou

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans ce petit coin de paradis. Armelle nous a tout de suite fait nous sentir comme à la maison. La maison et la piscine sont très bien entretenus, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Très pratique d'aller jusqu'à Cannes en bus. Merci pour tout et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wonderful vacation with French country house flair

The apartment is located in a beautiful French country house with stylish furniture. The very nice landlady keeps the house in top condition. The outdoor facilities with pool are cleaned and freshly prepared every day. Even without air conditioning, the house is not too warm, even when the outside temperature is high. In the interior - especially in the kitchen - everything you need is there. The location is quiet and still close to the center. The distances to the bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are short. There is a parking space directly at the house. We had a wonderful summer vacation. The lovable and always helpful landlady, Armelle, should be emphasized. We'll be back for sure!

Eine Oase inmitten von Le Cannet

Wir (Familie 54, 48, 18, 15 Jahre) konnten unseren Urlaub trotz COVID-19 auch wegen dieser idyllischen und typisch südländischen Unterkunft sehr genießen. Sobald wir das Gartentor nach der Vielzahl von kurzen Trips an der Côte d’Azur von außen öffneten, waren wir in einer Oase der Erholung und hatten den wundervollen Garten mit 8m Pool für uns alleine. Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad en suite. Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Küche ist allerdings komplett ausgestattet. Hier fand sich auch Zubehör, wie zum Beispiel ein Mixer, was oftmals sonst nicht vorhanden ist. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist angenehm groß und wir konnten jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Falls wir abends selber gekocht haben, war das Dinner auch direkt am Pool an einem großen Gartentisch unter einem großen Sonnenschirm möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die schöne Zeit war viel zu schnell vorbei. Unsere Gastgeberin Armelle gab uns bei Bedarf immer wertvolle Tipps und hat unsere Privatsphäre nie verletzt. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür!

Beautiful apartment and garden

We had the best time at Armelle`s house. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and full equipped. The garden is perfect for a refreshing swim on hot summer days and relaxed dinners. Although it is centrally located it is very calm which makes it easy to relax. I absolutely recommend staying at Armelle`s and we will definitely return! Thank you again!

Skønt sted i Le Cannet

Vi var en familie på 4 i lejligheden i Le Cannet to voksne og to teenage børn i 12 dage. Beliggenheden er perfekt ift udflugter i området både til havet og baglandet bag rivieraen. Værten Armelle er utrolig imødekommende og rar. Hun bor selv i stueetagen af huset, men man mærker slet ikke hun er der, bortset fra at hvis man er tidligt oppe, så ser man, at hun er i gang med at gøre poolområdet pænt hver morgen. Der er alt hvad der skal være i poolen, både nok solsenge og badedyr. Vi havde nogle skønner aftener med grill i haven og poolen i baggrunden. Køkkenet er meget veludrustet, så man mangler ikke noget hvis man selv vil lave mad. Alt i alt et fint sted at holde ferie.
