Rated 4 stars, equipped with all modern comforts (4 suites with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed, a comfortable and spacious living room, connected large flat-screen TV (Netflix possible), south-facing, exotic decorative elements, free parking, fibre internet, Nespresso), this contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquillity... just 200 metres from the beach!

Quiberon's promenade pier just a few minutes' walk away... and Belle-Ile stretching out before your eyes at the end of the avenue. You can enjoy Quiberon's summer activities, as well as the preserved site of the Quiberon Peninsula, with its magnificent nature and mythical water area.

Great stay!

This was our third stay at Villa Kuda, and again, we really enjoyed our stay! Firstly, the location is perfect just a short walk to Quiberon Centre ville, and metres from the beach. The villa is really comfortable, with a great kitchen and spacious rooms. The furniture gives it a real luxuous feel. The ensuite bathrooms are a big plus as well. The contact with Philippe is really easy. We couldn't recommend Villa Kuda enough! The only thing we noticed, is that the garden furniture and the tableware could use an update.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est parfaite. Très grande, spacieuse, très bien équipée. c’est une très belle maison et très bien placée.

Magnifique villa, très bien aménagée pour un séjour reposant au bord de la mer. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux par les propriétaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur très grande disponibilité et leurs excellents conseils restos et visites, de même que l‘emplacement de la villa dans une voie privée, très calme, pas loin des plages et du centre de Quibéron. La Pointe du Conguel avec ses magnifiques promenades est également vite atteinte à pied. Nous recommandons vivement!

Troisième séjour dans cette superbe villa. L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux et sympathique et la maison était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Même si le temps durant notre séjour a été assez mitigé, nous avons apprécié le confort de cette belle demeure agréable et lumineuse. Le fait de pouvoir profiter de Quiberon à pied est un plus important. C'est un réel plaisir de se rendre au centre-ville en longeant la plage sans avoir de souci de stationnement. La maison située dans une voie privée est très calme et son jardin fort reposant. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Superbe séjour dans la Villa KUDA.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette Villa très spacieuse. 8 vacanciers dont 4 enfants de 8 à 12 ans Propriétaire très agréable. Arrivée et départ très bien organisés. Il ne manque rien. Proche du centre-ville, du Casino, de la thalasso et de la grande plage. En espérant pouvoir revenir très bientôt.

Superbe!

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Maison superbe, bien exposée, claire (grandes surfaces vitrées) et dotée de tout le confort moderne. Propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. L'emplacement est idéal: des petites plages sympas sont à proximité et le centre de Quiberon accessible rapidement à pied en longeant la mer, évitant ainsi les soucis de stationnement souvent problématique l'été. Ce second séjour à la villa Kuda nous a enchanté autant que le précédent et nous donne envie d'y revenir... Merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse.

Un séjour de rêve !

Moments magiques et dépaysement total dans cette superbe villa au confort parfait ! Tout est proche : plages, commerces, activités et la possibilité de magnifiques balades à départ de la villa. A noter par les temps qui courent : la propreté est irréprochable et la cuisine est hyper bien équipée ! Les propriétaires sont aussi sympathiques que professionnels et efficaces. Un grand merci pour ce séjour de rêve !

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa

Deuxième séjour (le premier étant cet été dans la villa Haïti à côté) Comme pour le précédent séjour tout était parfait de l’accueil très sympathique des propriétaires à la qualité des prestations de la villa. Plages à 50m, centre ville à quelques minutes. Pour prendre un bon bol d’air dans les meilleures conditions ... nous recommandons.

Séjour idyllique les pieds dans l’eau

Villa magnifique, spacieuse, à proximité des commerces du centre ville , de la plage et de la côte sauvage. Maison esthétiquement réussie et paisible où la vie est douce , des ados conquis par l’environnement également . Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leurs délicates attentions, quand on vient de si loin en train , c’est très appréciable . Séjour de 15 jours passé à se balader en vélo sous un soleil constant, c’était fabuleux ! Nous reviendrons !

Superbe!

Il faut saluer tout d'abord l'excellent accueil des propriétaires, Caroline et Philippe. Outre de délicates attentions comme une belle boîte de gâteaux et une bouteille de champagne offerts à notre arrivée, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité a été constante durant tout notre séjour. La villa Kuda est splendide. Environnement très calme dans une voie privée et à quelques minutes du centre de Quiberon à pied. La décoration est superbe tant à l'intérieur de la maison que dans le jardin magnifiquement éclairé le soir venu. Le confort est excellent chaque chambre disposant de sa propre salle de bains. La partie salon, salle à manger, cuisine, très originale est décorée avec goût. Sur le plan fonctionnel, (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, four, micro-ondes... etc) rien ne manque. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et comptons bien revenir bientôt dans cette superbe demeure.

Idéal

Tout d'abord l'accueil très sympa des propriétaires. La maison est très spacieuse et la décoration très soignée. Tout ce qui est indispensable est présent, cuisine bien équipée, une salle de bain plus WC dans chacune des 4 chambres, un espace de vie très lumineux donnant sur un jardin, il ne manque rien. Le Champagne et les gâteaux sont également présents à l'arrivée. Bref l'idéal pour un excellent séjour à deux pas des plages. Aucun manque pendant ce séjour.

Magnifique maison dans un endroit magnifique!

Nous avons adoré cette maison. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, dans une rue calme à quelques pas du centre et à proximité directe de la Grande Plage. La maison est propre, spacieuse, bien équipée, comme les photos sur le site le montrent. Merci à Caroline et Philippe pour leur accueil chaleureux, pour l'organisation sans failles, pour les conseils et les cadeaux de bienvenue! Quand nous reviendrons à Quiberon, ce sera certainement dans cette maison, ou dans une des deux voisines qui sont également gérées par la même agence du Domaine de la Pointe, et semblent aussi belles que celle-ci.

50 ans à Quiberon version Bali

La décoration tant extérieure qu’intérieure. La grande pièce à vivre. Une salle de bain par chambre. La proximité de la mer. Peut-être un peu plus d’équipement pour la cuisine et de produits ménagers.
