This sophisticated cottage in the heart of Wine Country offers a luxury experience for those seeking the best that Sonoma County has to offer. The house was built in 1934 and has been updated to suit modern travelers, with a gourmet kitchen fit for a professional chef--including an 8-burner Viking stove, wine fridge, tastefully appointed dining room and outdoor dining seating, fireplace, comfortable bedding and optional services such as a personal chef and private therapeutic massage practitioner.

We also offer contact-less check-in and adhere to VRMA cleanliness standards, including use of disinfectants and high-temperature laundering procedures.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is by 11 AM; when you depart, please return the keys to the lockbox.
If you have moved any furniture, please return it to where you found it.
Turn off the heat/AC and close and lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests are allowed unless authorized. No parties. Quiet hours are 9 PM - 8 AM. Park only in the driveway.
Hot tub use is at your own risk. Please shower before using the hot tub. Please do not track sand into the hot tub.
Please return the key to the lockbox when you depart. A lost key will result in a $250 locksmith charge against your security deposit.

This property is in the historic district near downtown Santa Rosa with many nearby restaurants, wineries and coffee houses. You can walk to Willi's Wine Bar and Pacific Market.
We have on-site therapeutic massage services. The house was built in 1934 and has been lovingly restored for today's modern traveler.
