Stylish pet friendly vintage home on one of the prettiest streets in Santa Rosa! Ideal location for your Wine Country retreat. Walking distance to downtown with exciting restaurants, breweries and shopping, yet only a short drive (15-20 minutes) to some of the best wineries Sonoma County has to offer. Come and enjoy the modern, yet cozy decor of this beautiful 1933 home and explore the wonder of the North Bay.

The home offers two large living spaces, both with fireplaces, so there is space for everyone is enjoy their stay. The open plan kitchen and great room lead out onto the back deck.

The kitchen is very well stocked with the tools and utensils you will need to prepare your meals. We provide basic essentials for cooking, such as oils and spices.

The master bedroom offers a luxury ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and has its own access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds and a desk area.

Santa Rosa Short Term Rental Permit: SVR25-103. Maximum 6 guests. Please note that guests must observe the quiet hours of 9pm to 7am, as per our short term rental permit rules.

Up to 2 pets are welcome for an extra fee. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the home, and must be kept off beds and furniture. All pet waste must be picked up.

The house and neighbourhood were perfect for our visit to our son at Sonoma State. We live on 70 acres in the hills of the central coast so staying in a charming house on a charming street where we could walk to coffee/donuts/restaurants was lovely. We absolutely loved this place. The perfect combo of modern and antique. Very comfortable beds, ultra-quiet street. If you are staying in Santa Rosa, this is a fabulous house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from fabulous wineries and Healdsburg, and close to town, where there are restaurants and cute shops.

Relaxing accommodations in Santa Rosa

My family was in town for an event and appreciated the chance to stay in this home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and seamless. The hosts responded very promptly to questions that arose during the stay. The home is set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood and provided comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing in between other activities. My family would happily stay there again next time we are in town.

Why they chose this property

1726 Austin Way has been remodeled in a modern yet cozy style, maintaining its original 1933 charm. The location of this home is key; quiet and tranquil, but just minutes to downtown, and walkable to breakfast, coffee and dinner spots, with easy access to 101 and the Sonoma Wine corridor. This is a very comfortable home, with several areas for guests to be as a group, or relaxing individually.
