Madame, Monsieur, nous avons bien pris en compte votre retour. Le service client d'Abritel nous a contacté également à ce sujet, auquel nous avons donné des explications, et ce dernier nous a remercié pour les détails de notre réponse. Le détecteur de fumée est bien présent, et est équipé par une pile au lithium garantie 10 ans. Cependant, il n'aurait jamais dû être ouvert. Effectivement, la conciergerie est polyvalente et se charge également des petits travaux de bricolage, pour lesquels nous sommes intervenus dès votre signalement. Concernant la place de parking, vous êtes le premier à nous le signaler. C'est une place de taille standard. Pour l'inconfort de la banquette clic clac, nous nous sommes rapprochés du propriétaire qui nous a donné son accord pour la changer.
