One of Folly's Best! This 3 bed 3 bath end unit townhome is sure to exceed all of your expectations. Enjoy your own personal entrance from your covered parking area underneath the unit and enter into a spacious beach retreat. The natural light and modern beach decor are sure to make your arrival a welcoming one!

Accommodating 8 people is a breeze with TVs in every bedroom, laundry in unit, and stainless steel appliances for when you'd like some home cooking while on vacation. The pier, shops and restaurants are a block away and the beach is across the street! After an adventurous day on the island come home to your oversized master bedroom which boasts walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom. The best part about this unit is that you'll never have to worry about the lack of available outdoor space when you have three personal covered balconies! In the mornings watch the sunrise over the ocean with your favorite cup of coffee, and in the evenings, finish off the day with a nightcap as you take in the sounds of Folly nightlife. The unobstructed ocean views are surely something that you will never forget. 107 Ocean Pointe does not allow pets.

An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.

Great beach trip

This property offers the best of Folly. Beach front, short walk to town, covered parking and lots of space. The property was clean and very functional for our group. Great stay.

We love Folly!

The condo was very comfortable. It had a great view of the beach and super easy access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need. We were very pleased.

Located close to everything Folly Beach has to offer. Short walk to the Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was a big plus with the location. Would highly recommend if you want to be where close to the action at Folly.

Valentine getaway

Very nice property and a perfect location and beach view. The kitchen is small so you may want to consider that if you plan to cook a lot. Only negative thing I can say was that there was some kind of perfumed deodorizer that we found to be overwhelming.

Great Location! Nice Amenities!

Home was great and clean! Had all we needed to cook.. but we mostly just walked the 2 blocks to Loggerheads (amazing Flounder and philly cheese steaks) It was only 4 blocks to more restaurants and shops! Id stay here again!

Terrific beach house. Well appointed- well stocked. thoroughly enjoyed the area- stand up paddle boarding, beaching, aquarium, and fishing. great for kids (20"s-30"s) and grand kids ...all had a blast! This town home is beach front- close to restaurants, walk to store or up to center street for ice cream, listen to music, have a beer... very friendly beach town.

Beautiful location on Folly Beach. Overall the townhouse is as pictured online. Guest bedroom did not have bunk beds /Full bed. It instead had a trundle bed /full bed. This scenario made entering and exiting the small room difficult. There was also broken trim on the staircase base.

2nd time around is just as awesome

This is our second time staying in this unit and we can only say the most positive things about the whole experience. The owners are so pleasant to deal with and make sure you have everything you need. The unit is clean, beautifully decorated and completely comfortable. This was a fabulous vacation spot for our family and friends. We spent so much time on the balcony over looking the ocean and enjoying our time together. The town shops and restaurants are just a few blocks away and we walked to them each day. We spent a day in Charleston just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. My only recommendations for the owners is to replace a few of the pans where the protective coating is peeling up (and only provide spatulas that won't damage the pans), also I highly recommend a different brand of toilet tissue as it was more industrial than most public facilities. We cooked many meals in and fully understand it must be challenging as owners when people do not used the correct utensils and damage the pans. These minor items are just recommendations and in no way devalue the stay we had at this wonderful vacation home.

A gem

Great location: walking distance to restaurants, right on the beach, 30 minute easy drive to downtown Charleston, close to other places of interest. Well furnished: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice deck overlooking the beautiful beach. I would love to stay there again. I stayed in downtown Charleston on a previous trip. I found staying on the beach much better, as I had better access to a variety of activities: theater, market, restaurants in Charleston; tea plantation, the beach, plantations, kayaking, great restaurants outside Charleston.

Awesome!

This condo was fantastic! The description and photos about this condo could not do it justice. It was very clean and well maintained. It even had bikes, boogie boards and games. We had an awesome time!!! I would highly recommend this condo. We plan on renting again! We also recommend visiting "Rita's" restaurant! Again, we LOVED it!!

Perfect for a college tour!

My daughter and I visited Charleston to tour a few local colleges. Rather than stay in the hustle & bustle of King St we opted for a beach location and did not choose poorly!! This home had just about everything you could need, especially since we had flown. The short distance to the beach, the comfortable beds, and the parking are just a few things that we loved. It was spotless when we arrived, and a tote of household necessities were given as a welcome upon arrival. A few reckless, noisy late nighters drove by one evening but that was the extent of noise. The elevator was a plus too. Thank you for hosting us! We’d love to stay again once our senior attends CoC next year!

Perfect for a girl's weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo on Folly Beach! It is spacious and sleeps 10 very comfortably. The view from the multiple porches is wonderful and really puts you in the vacation state of mind. The condo itself is well kept and gorgeous - much more luxurious than the pictures indicate. There is plenty of parking downstairs below the unit. It is right around the corner from the heart of the nightlife and restaurants on Folly Beach. It truly was the perfect spot for our girl's trip and I hope to return soon. Michael was fantastic to coordinate with and I encourage everyone looking for an 8 - 10 person condo to stay here! It's everything you want it to be and much more!!!!!

Nice oceanfront property with a good layout

Located a couple blocks from the main street, this is in a great spot and has a nice layout for a group of 6-8 adults. Nice patio with ocean views in a quiet neighborhood. Very well kept and nice furnishings throughout. When booking, owner was a bit difficult to reach and communicate with -- we were interested in renting 2 units he manages in the same complex but were only able to confirm 1 of the 2 units, so there was a bit of uncertainty and lack of communication as to his reason for declining the second. Ultimately everything worked out and we got both units, but this is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Hello Rohit, I couldn't agree more with you about the issues with communications. I will take it on the chin.........BUT, I have to tell you (and others) that VRBO/HomeAway have recently made a lot of changes that enhance the booking process. However, it became a learning process for me (and I assume other owners & managers) to learn the "new method" of processing request, fees, dates and then the actual booking. And all of this during the busiest time for booking in our area. I hope that once we worked through all the kinks, you found me a bit more responsive. January wedding

My extended family gathered for a Charleston wedding, and the three units that can be rented together were our accommodations. What a wonderful setting! The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated, with everything anyone could want. The beach is right out the back, just steps away. We all enjoyed sitting on the porch and sipping coffee while watching people on the beach and listening to the waves. It feels as though you are on the beach when you are sitting on the porch/balcony. We opened our balcony door from the master bedroom at night, to sleep while listening to the gentle sounds of the waves. It was amazing. Another thing we all loved was the easy access to Charleston. It is a straight shot into the city from Folly, and only takes minutes by car. What could be more perfect than a beach vacation alongside the historic, beautiful city of Charleston?

Beware of towing thieves

Condo was good. Good location. However, we innocently did not put our card from property in the windshield as it was late when we got in and next morning our car was towed. We had only two days to come down to visit our son and it took most of the Saturday to take care of the car and get it back and it really put a damper on our stay. Association had our make and model and tag number but still got towed . These towing people are trollers and the association did nothing as of yet to support us. Don’t think we will come back to this area.

A comfortable home away from home

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at your home. We love that the kitchen is fully stocked which makes one of our favorite meals that much easier. We like to cook cheese grits and prepare fresh cole slaw. Then we go to Dave's Carry Out to buy shrimp platters or seafood platters (depending upon how hungry we are). We come back and enjoy our meal, while taking in the amazing view of the ocean from the dining table at the condo. I have a broken leg right now (running injury) so I appreciate that this condo is handicapped accessable. The elevator made the stay easier. The walk to the beach is so close...that I could still make it ..even with a stress fracture. The condo is spacious for my family of 5, but could easily accomadate a larger family. The internet access and cable are a bonus for rainy days. We will be staying again.
