We had an amazing time at the house. It has a great location and was very clean. The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The house has a great layout and was very comfortable to spend time at. If we were to come back, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location within walking distance of Folly Beach, restaurants, and shops. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the pool was fantastic. Our whole family loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Well this house exceeded all of our expectations and probably ruined every other VRBO for us. Ha! The house was better than expected. It was beautiful and so clean! The location was great for what we wanted. The house was stocked with a lot of kitchen needs from pans, spices, utensils, etc. 100/10!

We had a great week staying at Green Wave! The outdoor areas were our absolute favorite. The house is in a perfect location — restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the beach were all within walking distance. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we really appreciated all the little details throughout the home. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone staying in Folly Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at Green Wave! The house was clean, very well done, and the perfect layout for our group. Having a private pool on location was a huge plus as well. Great location and in walking distance to all of the activity. We would love to stay here again.

The saltwater pool, front and back porches, and location are what make this the ideal beach house, but the spacious layout and modern bathrooms a great bonus. The management company is very responsive; towels and sheets are soft and fresh. Only knock is that we encountered a few of what the management company told us were Palmetto bugs. Seemingly, someone must have left doors open too long and let them in, but as a non-Southerner, they are off-putting when you see them!Would still recommend. Blocks to the beach, town, and marina, with a pool for the hot days, and Charleston close by.

Great Spot on Folly!

Wonderful stay in this perfectly located home.. just a few blocks from everything to love about Folly: the beach, Berts, and everything on and near Center St! Can walk and bike from one end of the island to the other. The home is spacious and clean and has a screened in porch that's hard to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House!

We had a wonderful week in folly beach. Everything about the house was perfect. Very clean, well stocked and great location. I am used to getting rentals that aren’t as good as the pictures. This one is better! We will definitely book again next time we are in folly.

Comfortable+relaxing: best house for a family!

Our whole family love this home! Super comfortable, clean, spacious. Our families favorite home on Folly. We love the large screened porch, porch swing, on rainy days nestling in on the couches to read. Great cooking accouterment. A super awesome home!

The place was perfect for a family vacation. Perfect location to the beach and downtown. The house was nicely furnished and we had plenty of room. The Screened in porch was great, and had an awesome swing to relax on. My only request would be to update the porch with more comfortable chairs and cleaner cushions. Aside from that a perfect spot. Beach House with character

Great location and value. The property managers were timely about replacing old fans, bbq grill, and repairing stove. The living room furniture is a little worn, but otherwise the house is in now in good shape for future renters!

The house is better than the photos can even make it look! We travel all the time and this is the first time we all felt “at home”. The house is so well taken care and they have EVERYTHING! Even a spice drawer! The pool was obviously a huge highlight but the lights at night were a family fav. And the porch is too die for if you love being outdoors without the heat and bugs. We ate every meal outback and loved every second of it! Would book it again and again!!!
