Magnificent F3 with sea view of 65m2 with air conditioning
Ideally located next to the radisson avenue of California.
Beach and Promenade des Anglais 2 steps
Shops, restaurants and tram (line 2 airport _centre ville) but also blue bike and bus, are at the foot of the building.
The car is not necessary to move in the city, as well as in the surrounding cities (bus and train).
Large bright apartment and renovated, composed:
-a large entrance with large storage
-of an air-conditioned room with large closet, a bed of 160 overlooking balcony sea view
-a bedroom with large closet and a bed of 140 overlooking its loggia overlooking the hill
- an air-conditioned living room with a magnificent sea view equipped with a TV and internet, a sofa bed 160 (real mattress) will bring you an extra bed
-a bathroom with bathtub but also a washing machine, hair dryer
-Wc separated
-a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso) ... iron and ironing board are also available
For your comfort, bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
a cleaning kit will be at your disposal because the household remains at your expense.

Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Es für alles gesorgt, sogar Strandutensilien.wie Badetücher, Sonnenschirm und gepolsterte Strandmatten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich.hilfreich und liebenswert. Ist manchmal durch den Verkehr laut, hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört.Wir würden die Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Geräumige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade. Geschäfte und Imbisse/kleine Restaurants sind in der Nähe zahlreich vorhanden und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Zentrum bzw. der Altstadt sind es aber 2-3 km, weil die Wohnung sich im Westen befindet. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dieser kommt man auch problemlos ins Zentrum, falls man nicht ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuß laufen möchte. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Haus an einer belebten Straße und direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie steht. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich auch eine gut besuchte Tankstelle. Daher ist bis spät Abends und auch schon am frühen Morgen Verkehrslärm zu hören. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört. Wer es lieber ruhig mag, ist dort allerdings falsch.
