INCLUDED : 1 garage (Closed Box) for 1 car. The garage is in front of the back door, so you just have to cross the street.
TAKE CARE : It is 5.70m long, 2.50m wide and 1.80m height.

On the seafront. Apartment 2 rooms + dining room. 71 meters square. Located opposite to the beach of the 'Promenade des Anglais'. From the two floors of the duplex panoramic sea view. House of fisherman, typically local style and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. Air conditioned apartment. Sunny and oriented to the South. Renovated in 2012. High grade of contemporary style. Living room open to the Mediterranean sea, with a comfortable sofa-bed, flat screen TV and unlimited WI-FI Internet connection. On an incredible waterfront.

Totally new equipped kitchen. A pretty clear bedroom, on the 2° floor, offers a large bed for 2 people. Wardrobes and cupboards. One bathroom with WC and one shower room and 1 WC independent. Apartment on the 3rd floor without LIFT and duplex.

No think is in front but the sea.

WARNING: THE RENTAL CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED BY 4 ADULTS MORE THAN 25 YEARS OLD. You will have to send a copy of all people's ID card or passport. All these people will have to be in the apartment for the checking and they will receive the keys. This apartment is for family use only. No minor people accepted without parents. Not very clean, only one 1 set of towels for the whole 6 day stay. Person we checked in with did not speak any English and didn't show us really anything about the apartment. On the day we were leaving I looked in a drawer and found an information folder that would have been very helpfu l to know about. Balcony view was very nice and great location for the tram

If something is not clean enough or do not work, we are always available to come and clean or fix anything. You just have to call us immediately. At the check out, the apartment was really dirty.

A great place for our family to stay to explore Nice and surrounding areas. Right by a tram stop and shops, and afew minutes walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Very friendly host.

Great place and great location

We - a family of 6, had a wonderful stay. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is awesome, clean and its location is fantastic. The car park was a big plus. Will stay again for sure.

Pierre was extremely easy to work with. We had several questions that he answered quickly via VRBO and whatsapp. He was kind to let us checkin and get the keys early. He also gave me tips about the trams, which are right outside. He also gave me an address to have something shipped there. Overall the unit was as described. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room, but spent most days outside. If you go to Nice, also go to Eze and St. Paul De Vennes. We also went to Cannes and used free walking tours of cannes, just giving our guide a tip.

Location and views the apartment offered were excellent. Pierre was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.Note: if you rent a vehicle for your stay, the assigned parking space is very small, so having a bigger vehicle makes it challenging to park in the space.Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a Nice getaway!!

Spacious property with a great view. Located west of the city, but right on the Tram line which made getting around extremely easy. When we come back to Nice, we would absolutely re-rent this property!

Family Vacation

Very nice residence clean convenient to getting around southern France, Monaco and Italy. Neighborhood was a little loud at night with traffic noise. Host was wonderful and very accommodating.

Awesome host and Awesome property!

Best place to live in Nice if you want to be close to all attractions and drive distance to all major cities. The host is very responsive and really pays attention to details. They were very accommodating for us during check in as well check out. Would be staying again when we decide to come back to Nice!

Perfect property in paradise

Fantastic property. Great location, convenient to the beach, tram, train, bakeries and restos. Pierre is a great host, very responsive to all queries. Could not recommend this property enough in beautiful Nice. The balcony and view is the real gem.

A wonderful location right on the Mediterranean coast. Right out the back door you will find the Carras tram station, where tickets can be purchased to get you further towards Old Town Nice or west to the airport. We also used Bolt (similar yet more reasonably priced than UBER). We used Bolt to make a day trip to Eze and Villefranche-sur-Mer, which were both wonderful to see.We had a wonderful beach day directly across the boulevard for a beach day. The Nice beach has large flat stones, so would recommend water shoes for getting in and out of the water! Definitely go swimming as water was incredible. It would have been wonderful had there been a few beach chairs to use.Our only trouble was with our the pullout couch which was quite bumpy and then the bottom (double) of the metal bunk bed on the first floor, which was very creaky with the slightest movement. We adapted and placed the mattress on the floor, which was much quieter!Overall a wonderful host in a beautiful location.

Great Location just outside the city

Great apartment and really great location for getting around without being in the city centre. Just cross the road for the beach or take a tram steps from the apartment into they town. Lovely evenings drinking wine on the balcony. Many thanks we will be back.

Perfect holiday location

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a relaxed week of sun and beach in the south of France. The space is clean, modern with beautiful view over the Bay of Nice and only few minutes walk from center town. Here you can relax and forget about every day life. Supermarket and all stores are 2min distance by walk. This was the second year we had booked and will be booking again in 2013.

Perfect for anyone

Could see right across the beach and all the way to old town from the balcony. Described and pictured perfectly. Fab at check-in considering our flight was delayed 3hrs. Easy to contact owner with any questions etc and was very approachable. Price fantastic for the area and the beautuful comfortable appartment.

This apartment in Nice was absolutely fantastic! There was so much space and having a 2nd bathroom was so nice! You can’t beat the view from the balcony and having the tram right outside the door made getting everywhere super easy!Check in and check out was super easy and Pierre was really great at communicating and very flexible with our travel times. We loved the neighborhood and the fact that we could take the team into the historic section but could also come home to a quiet place. We already miss looking out at the sea and hope to return next year! Thank you Pierre!
