Great location near Manatee Beach 1BR

Great work or study from "home" while on vacation. This unit has large office space in addition to the living area and is just across the street from famous Manatee Beach. Very strong wifi that has been used by many guests as a work/study from home.

Casa Coconut AMI unit 3 is located at 4104 4th Avenue in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, a delightful island locale directly across the street from the seven acre Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This completely renovated one bedroom, one bath unit sleeps four with a queen size bed in the master suite, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully loaded and features a dishwasher, microwave and stunning black stainless steel appliances. The unit can be combined with #1 and #2 to accommodate those large family gatherings. There are free laundry facilities onsite. A large open deck outside with a gas grill and picnic tables available for your use. There is a 55" flat screen TV in the living room. Free Wifi and domestic long distance calling is included. Beach chairs and beach gear are available for our guest's enjoyment. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Well behaved pets welcome. Fee $140 per stay, limit 2.

Great updated condo close to beach

Property was nicely updated. Large screen TV. Very close to beach, but dangerous crossing the road to get to get there -- traffic comes around the corner very fast and many drivers won't stop for pedestrians in crosswalk.

Excellent location!

Property was as described. Great walking location to beach. Unit was set back from the road so didn’t have to listen to constant traffic. Unit was spacious. Has some nice kitchen updates. Loved the large kitchen island! Parking was great…literally right in front of unit. Made unloading and loading east. Laundry unit was easily accessible and washer & dryer were clean. Sofa sleeper couch could use replacing though. Overall experience was very pleasant. Had a minor issue that owner took care of immediately after a quick phone call. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Great Stay, Wonderful host

The location is excellent, close to everything, but tucked away. Manatee County public beach is a short walk away. but please use the crosswalk to cross Gulf Dr. Unit is comfortable, with a homey feel and beach vibe. Jennifer & Michael were Wonderful hosts. Informative and responsive. would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Coconut. The unit was very well equipped and there was plenty of storage for everything. Beach equipment was available and in good shape. A great place to stay!

Quiet oasis

The location is perfectly close to the public beach, grill and bar, but tucked away on a quiet street. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is much larger then pictured. Furniture in living room a bit dated but comfy, my kids slept on the pull out couch with out issues. Many games and books along with beach necessities also available for our use. Only salt and pepper as condiments, which buying brand new condiments for a sandwiches or dinners and having to throw away as we couldn’t take anything on the flight home. Not a problem just wish I had prepared a little better on my part. Loved the island and the location is awesome! Thanks for your hospitality.

Very nice location, directly across from the beach. That came in handy and was nice to not have to deal with parking when going to the beach. The place was in good shape and well taken care of, and getting in was easy. Easy to communicate with during our stay

We were looking for a nice unit to stay on Anna Maria and found this unit. The location was easy to find and was nice. The inside of the unit definitely needs a “good cleaning” and not just spot cleaned. It did have a few things that were concerning but we got through it! The little things that was provided were very helpful!

I had a great time staying at Casa Coconut unit #3! The place is very clean, secure, and spacious for two people. It had plenty of amenities including free laundry and a dishwasher, which is noteworthy. The location is a short walk from the public beach and the grocery store on the island. Something to note is that the listing for unit #3 appears to show the upper level and balcony of the house, but #3 is actually the lower unit. The AC works great as well, good for soothing lots of sunburn! I would recommend staying here if you are looking for easy beach access close to the liveliness of the island, but want to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

The location directly across from Holmes Beach was perfect! The unit was modern, well maintained, and extremely well equipped! Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were available for use. A washer and dryer were free to use, if needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved it!! Road is a little hard to get out of but nothing horrible. Only thing we didn’t care for was the laundry room was right outside our front door and people were in and out constantly. Other than that, we loved it! Very clean and comfortable!! We would def stay here again but would just like a different unit

Wonderful stay at the beach!

Beachside Palms was a great place to stay for rest and relaxation at the beach. Everything I needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped and anything necessary for a day at the beach was provided as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it!
