The description was absolutely accurate. We were a little nervous about it being a walk up but it wasn't bad at all. The fact that we had access to beach chairs, umbrella, etc. AND we had our own locker on the main floor for all of it was fantastic because we didn't have to lug everything up and down the stairs every day. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes, cookware, and appliances, making it super easy to eat in if you choose. We spent plenty of time on the huge balcony looking at sea animals (dolphins, manatees, ets.) and loved watching the beautiful sunsets every night. Overall, we could not have asked for a better condo/experience for our first visit to AMI. We'll definitely be back!

Condo was very nice and clean- had everything in the kitchen that I would possibly need. I felt very safe there until the cleaning crew walked right in at 8:00 a.m. which really scared me!! Checkout was 10 and I had mentioned yesterday on the text from management that I would be leaving around 8:15. The girl was very apologetic, but she should have knocked before walking in with a man to clean. The location was great and I really enjoyed the spacious balcony.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony and view from this condo with its ocean front location was unbeatable! I loved the pool which was a nice size, very clean, and a refreshing place to cool off after an afternoon at the beach. The only negative was the lack of an elevator. Thank you Island Vacation Properties for arranging my stay here after my original condo was suddenly unavailable!

The views from the balcony were stunning. We sat outside on the balcony many nights watching the sunset. The condo itself had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Perfect beachfront Condo

The Condo is very comfortable, clean and quiet! It was great to have the beach and pool right off the balcony and of course, the perfect spot to see the sunsets.

Great location with an awesome view. Upon arrival the top of refrigerator was dirty and there was a lot of sand in the hall closet. The paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) were the cheapest I have ever used, they were not very useful. The sliding door in the bedroom was not locked and the slider to the balcony would not lock. Great property, dated a little, but bed was very comfortable and shower while small had great water pressure. We would stay here again. Parking was awesome!

Perfect Sunset Getaway

Located on a quiet part of the island, while still being close to many great restaurants. Property felt like home, including a comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Balcony was great for sunsets, and beach access could not be closer. Stayed at many AMI properties and would definitely return to this one!

Long needed vaca

Perfect spot

On the beach, top floor, wide balcony, enormous condo, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys in secure locker, barefoot through entry to beach. Near trolley stop. Sunsets from the balcony. We were able to decompress and totally enjoy our stay.
