The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated 1940s bungalow where historic quaintness has been updated with modern design and comfort. Our comfortable space sleeps 6 and boasts a completely upscaled kitchen with all stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. You can listen to the birds sing songs while enjoying a cup of coffee on our oversized deck in one of the deep, comfy chairs. All one-story living!

King Sized Bed + Smart TV and adjacent Full ensuite Bathroom.
🌟Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dish-ware, some spices, coffeemaker, coffee, creamers, and sugar to get you started.
🌟Driveway space for two cars and free street parking available. Please park only in front of our home to be mindful of neighbors.
🌟Welcome basket with light refreshments is provided for you to enjoy.
🌟Fresh bed linens are supplied. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal.
🌟One initial round of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee is provided; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby Kroger or Walgreens.
🐶 PET RULES: DOG ONLY - 1 dog up to 50lbs.
Leashes: Dog must be leashed when outside
Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station
Furniture: Dog is not allowed on furniture or beds
Supervision: Dog should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house Housebroken: Dogs must be housebroken

🚭 Smoke-Free Property To keep our space fresh and comfortable for every guest, we ask that there be no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. Please note that a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors.
🛠️ Accidents Happen! We truly mean it — we get it! If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please just let us know. We appreciate your honesty and it always makes a big difference. No need to stress — just a quick message is all it takes!
🧼 Leaving the Space Our cleaning team works incredibly hard, and we're so grateful for them! The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so we ask that you leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition out of respect for their time and effort. Our check-out instructions (found in this welcome book) make it easy — just follow those and you're all set. We appreciate you helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy! 🌿
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Want to arrive a little earlier or linger a little longer? Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available — just send us a message ahead of time to check availability for your dates. A small fee applies for approved requests, and availability is limited, so the sooner you ask, the better!
🧳 Luggage Drops Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate luggage drops outside of your check-in window. We recommend Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage storage options nearby — they're super convenient and easy to use!

While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

What a wonderful and convenient property! It is perfectly situated in East Nashville where you can see the quieter side or be on Broadway in 15 minutes! Everything was exactly as listed and the welcome documentation explained the home and processes perfectly. Looking forward to staying there again!
We enjoyed our stay in great comfort. The house is lovely with nice extras like cozy throws and the white noise machine. The kitchen is great and we enjoyed the spacious deck. This is our second stay in this home and we hope to be back!

This cute little bungalow was a great place to stay for our work trip. It was super clean and decorated very cute. It was a short drive from the airport, to the Gaylord (where our conference was), and Broadway. We would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Nashville!
We had a wonderful stay! The owners are lovely and very helpful. The home is adorable, very well maintained and comfortable. Easy travels around the Nashville area from here. Would definitely stay again!
The home was clean, cute and easy to find. We especially loved the deck area with the string lights. It was perfect and close by to one of our favorite new bars, Roy's Tavern. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very clean and stocked with everything you should need. We brought our own fans as we are a family that can’t sleep without them but they even had one in the closet. My daughter wished that the queen bedroom had a tv too but other than that it was perfect! We will definitely keep it in mind to rent again!

Welcome! We recently moved to Nashville from Kennesaw, Georgia, (a bit north of Atlanta) to be closer to our kids and grandkids. Jim retired from Kodak after spending more than 30 years in the photographic industry, and Pam retired from CVS as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. This is not our first time owning a BNB, as we also owned and hosted a Bed and Breakfast in the Napa Valley in Calistoga in the 90’s and we absolutely loved it! We have four daughters and eight grandchildren and there is nothing we enjoy more than spending time with them all!
We are amazed by what a dynamic destination city Nashville has become and we are so excited about sharing and hosting our beautiful home in East Nashville!
