Two bedroom one bath cottage centrally located in Sarasota. 750 square feet. Ten minutes to Siesta Key or down town Sarasota. 15 minutes to Selby Gardens, world famous Marina Jacks, Ed Smith Stadium, John and Mable Ringling Museum. 25 minutes to St. Armands Circle, Mote Marine, and Casey Key.Very private on dead end street. Room to park boat or RV. Washer/dryer, dish washer, full kitchen. Pet friendly. Comfortable queen size beds in both bedrooms.

Clean,comfortable and cute

Cozy cottage was as clean, comfortable, cute and updated with new appliances and lighting as pictured and described by owner. Nice surprise to find coffee, tea, fruit, and other essentials ready to use. John was very accommodating, helpful, and quickly agreed to credit us in difficult situation. Looking forward to next stay. Highly Rec.
