Newly renovated with luxury vinyl flooring, quarts countertops, stainless steel appliances, 55” flat screen tv with a fire stick, card and board games, central A/C, ceiling fans in each room, a designated workspace with high speed wifi, washer and dryer, a private fenced yard with a gas grill and cozy patio seating. Located on the ground floor with parking right in front. Home is situated in a quiet established neighborhood, only minutes from Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beaches, and Longboat Key.
