Brilliant Location, Fabulous House
Perfect house for three adult couples. Well appointed and well designed. Backyard with pool, games and grill fit our needs. The best was location, quick access to the freeway and centrally located.

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place than this, the property is truly wonderful. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. We had to text Alexandr to ask a question and he immediately replied back. Don’t hesitate to book.

listing is clear on sleeping arrangements. they tried to fit 8 people in a 3 bedroom. we told them about the arrangements. they wanted to do it anyways and then complain.

Great place for family vacation
We selected this property for the location and amenities and were very happy with our stay. The 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect for our family, and our little one couldn't get enough of the pool. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Location was perfect for us, right in Old Town and close to everything we wanted to do. It's right next to a restaurant, but very quiet inside. Hosts where very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

A getaway to remember
My family all got together with our spouses for a relaxing weekend without the kids and boy did this property exceed our expectations! The place was incredible from the pool to the bedroom we were very pleased with our stay and how well we were accommodated by the host. 10 minutes from downtown, sea world, and many more attractions. We also took a15 minute drive to La Jolla and enjoyed a day at the beach. Also we were located between a lobster bar and a Mexican restaurant. But if those don’t suit your fancy, there’s many more walkable sit down and take out options. Perfect stay! We can not wait to return!
