We really enjoyed the house. The sleeping accommodations worked for our group of 8 adults. The common areas were perfect for the group interactions. The house met and exceeded our expectations! The host was great!

We had a large family for our grandson’s Marine Graduation. The house was wonderful for fitting us all comfortably. It is an older home and the floors were a bit unstable for our elderly. But it was clean and beds were wonderful. The only issue we found was that the outdoor patio area hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like quite some time, cobwebs, leaves, etc Evan was fantastic, helpful and quick to respond.

Overall, this property worked well for our group of a few families traveling with young kids. We appreciated the location being close to multiple beaches and shopping centers and the amount of bedrooms allowed us to fit comfortably and have plenty of space. The upstairs balcony had gorgeous sunset views. Both the downstairs and upstairs AC and heater worked great. The host is friendly and accommodating (had a few cleaning issues that he addressed quickly and fairly). A few things to note: -it’s an old property, it could use some TLC -none of the bathroom locks worked, and only one bedroom lock worked (not a dealbreaker but a little inconvenient)-not as fully equipped as some other “family-friendly” properties we’ve stayed in the past (ie no beach supplies, kitchen less stocked), though there was a high chair so that was nice

Lovely stay

We had a great stay at this house! Very comfortable accommodations and easy parking. The patio and yard were lovely to be able to be outside. We ended up having 6 adults and 3 kids which felt comfortable and not too tight.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at

This house was perfect for a group of 10 of us for a bachelor party. Literally 15 minutes from anything in SD and had enough rooms and beds for everyone. Definitely recommend this spot!

Multi-family vacation

Our two families had enough to space while staying in this house. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the owner was very responsive to our questions while there.

Beautiful, Central Home + Excellent Host Communication

Had a lovely stay here with some friends! The home is great for a group (plenty of bedrooms, multiple patio spaces, the backyard) and is very centrally located in San Diego, and Evan was an excellent host + communicator during our stay.

The house was delivered as promised. The profile describes it accurately, and the property was clean and well-kept. Communication with the owner was very fast/responsive (although we didn't have any real issues, so there wasn't much need). My friends and I had a wonderful time. Would stay again! )

Great property and location!!!

We were in town to attend a wedding and really enjoyed this home. Great location and responsive host. Check-in was easy and the back yard was really enjoyable. A few of the chairs in the kitchen/common area could use some updating, but all in all it was a great space that accommodated our whole family.

Overall great place to stay

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and had plenty of space for people to sleep. It is also in a great location, made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. Evan is a great host, he was consistently checking in to make sure everything was working out and to see if we needed anything. Overall great experience!!
