We enjoyed the stay at the house. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the spa. We would stay there again if we went to San Diego. The house had a lot of space and clean.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. The home is very spacious. The views are fantastic. We really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The home is a short drive from all the major sites. We loved our stay.

Perfect for family stay

We were looking for a place that could accommodate plenty of family, and this place hit the mark. A bit further out than we would have preferred, but the price made it really worth it. This is a great place for anyone looking for space to spread out and enjoy a great view!

It was fabulous!

This was a wonderful place for my family to stay and my first experience with doing a rental. I loved that we had enough room for all of us and didn’t feel crowded. I will be wanting to stay here again when we come back!

The house was perfect for all of us (my family plus my brother-in-law’s family) to visit my sister-in-law and her family (they’re stationed in San Diego). The house is located in a great area to get us around the city and when a random cold front limited our pool use, the property manager worked with us quickly to get the pool heated. The whole process was effortless and made our trip stress free.

Perfect Vacation Stay

This was the easiest, no stress vacation booking I have ever done. The property manager was 5/5, so attentive and helpful and it was easy communicating with her. The property itself was spacious, clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. We had absolutely no trouble with anything and it made our vacation that much better. Highly recommend staying here!

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion with five mature adult couples who enjoy cooking meals together while catching up with one another. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great views but still within easy driving range of Balboa Park and the downtown harbor area.

Perfect property/stay

A completely accurate property description. A quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen. Private hot tub, etc. Clean home. Clear communication from the host. If we ever return to this part of San Diego, we will start with seeing if this property/host have availability. Basically, a perfect vacation.

Loved the Pool and Space

We stayed here over Spring Break as a family and friends with a total of 11 and had a great time! The home was spacious and had a beautiful view of the town. The kids especially loved the pool and spa. The pool was a bit cold at first, but Lisa, our wonderful host, helped warm it up for us (with a small fee), which made a big difference.There were plenty of towels, and the house had enough space to comfortably host a larger group as well. Grocery stores were conveniently located nearby, which made meals and snacks super easy.Overall, it was a really good stay — relaxing, comfortable, and kid-friendly. Good neighborhood. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Wonderful time! What a view!

We had a great stay. The 6 beds worked great for our family get together. The dining room table had ample space for our special meals. The only “house hiccup” was with the hot tub and the guest contact was very responsive.Unfortunately, our weather wasn’t great, but the spa was heated. (We would have paid extra for an option to heat the pool in order to use it - even for a day.). Otherwise, it was wonderful. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing

My family and I (a group of 7 adults and 5 kids) had a great time staying at this property! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves inside or outside. Kids loved the pool and hot tub! The views from the house are spectacular! Surrounding area is beautiful with the house conveniently located a short drive from a gas station, WalMart, etc. Beds are comfy - I have back problems and had no issues sleeping here. :) Kitchen is stocked with everything you might possibly need. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Amazingly beautiful and quiet

The house was big enough to sleep 11 family members. There is a large family room and a sitting area/formal living area right next to a nice bar area. My large family was comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The property manager was very responsive and was very helpful and available when ever we needed anything. The house over all is great and we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t use the pool it was too cold still but the hot tub was great, the controller for the hot tub was not working but the property manager was able to take care of us. I would stay here again.

Great House for a large family

The house was large and accommodated my large family. There was plenty of space so that we were not on top of each other when we needed it. The dining table was able to fit all 12 of us at one time. The backyard had plenty of seating to enjoy the weather and all the foliage was nice. The foosball table was great and was used often. The pool was not used but the hot tub was great, there was some issues with the hot tub remote but Lisa was great and took care of us when we wanted to use it. Having a coffee pot and a Keurig was nice. The washer and dryer worked well, and there was even an iron and ironing board available for use. Overall the house was great for our get together and we enjoyed our stay, would stay again.

Perfect home for little kids and big families

We recently traveled to San Diego for a family reunion and honestly, this home was my favorite part of our entire trip. The owners thought of everything with this home. Every room has an extremely comfortable king size bed and amazing linens, the kitchen is fully equipped (down to a muddler for my blood orange and Tito’s nightly cocktail), and more towels than you know what to do with. While my favorite part of the home was the absolutely gorgeous views of the city, the kids (and adults) loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Lisa was proactive, super responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this home enough! As a reference, our party was 6 adults, 1 teenager and 5 kids under the age of 9 and everyone loved the home. Don’t overthink it, just book the home, enjoy the many fruit trees on the property and kick back and let this house be the highlight of your trip too!

Wonderful property

This is an amazing property, my friends and I are so glad we found this place last minute.(we booked 2 days before our check in date) As soon as we booked, Lisa reached out and gave us detail instructions on everything we need to know. She was there every step of the way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even prepared an amazing welcome gift for the bachelorette as I told her we were there for a bachelorette party. The property itself is very spacious, there are many beds on the property, ( large cal king beds!!)so all my friends could rest comfortably. The view on this property is breathtaking! My friends and I were able to enjoy the hot tub and the pool with a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful Mountain View! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The living area is equipped with a large couch, the large couch came with 3 recliners with usb charger!!! (So fancy !) So all my friends were able to lounge around comfortably while having wonderful conversations with one another. I would also like to add that the host provided many regular and beach towels for us, she was so thoughtful in every single way that I can’t thank her enough for this wonderful experience. We also ran into the neighbors who are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for anyone!!! There are so much more highlights of this property that I can’t list in this short review, you will just have to come to experience it yourself. Thank you Lisa !

Fantastic place to stay

Tis is a gorgeous, spacious property with amazing views of San Diego. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The Happy Birthday balloons, signs and goodies were really a treat!! Our contact Lisa could not have been nicer - and she responded very quickly to texts. All in all, it's the best experience I've had at a VRBO property, and I've stayed at many. Highly recommend.
