Great location. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 7. Only minor issue was that it got cold at night and we werent able to get heat on…but there were plenty of blankets to help with that.

Best Beach House in Newport Beach...

This location is the very best, right next to the pier and we've stayed here several times. Both units are super clean, have inside individual laundry (a huge plus), full kitchens, BBQ's and much more. You can't go wrong renting this property.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family loved everything about this beach rental, from the 2 steps it took to get to the sandy beach and small park to the large balcony overlooking everything. Location was perfect: close to the center of activity, beach, pier, restaurants, etc. And we had an ice cream store right next door! We rented both upstairs and downstairs and all of us gathered every morning to enjoy the upstairs balcony with our coffee and hot chocolate. Had one small problem with a stopped-up drain and Renzo came almost immediately to check not only that drain but also the one upstairs. First-class service. Thanks for a great time.

Fun at the beach!

The location of the property is right on the strand but it’s next to the pier and a restaurant called pipeline. There’s a lot of foot traffic there and during Covid it was a little nerve-racking to be so close to many people who don’t wear masks. However you’re right at the beach and able to enjoy the beautiful water to it fullest. The barbecue at the property was very good but not cleaned and the entire two units had only received a very superficial cleaning when we checked in. We slept eight people very comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked and we did a lot of cooking. We had a wonderful time! We loved eating every night on the second floor patio. It’s a little hard to get information about the property because there are two management companies involved: VRBO and Vacassa, and you never have any communication with the property owner or manager. You only speak to people out of state. The unit is air-conditioned which we appreciated it because it was very hot this weekend.
