The condo is 5/5. The property management company and check in process is 0/5. Loved the condo. Clean. close to the lift. Was able to go back to the condo for lunch and get right back on the slopes. Clean and well-maintained.The condo is managed by a large property management company. I was told check in was 4 pm and I would be contacted when the condo was ready. At 3:58 pm, I had not heard a peep and called. I finally received a text at 402 pm that we could check in. So, to be clear. You won't be happily arriving at your condo at 4pm as you might hope. You must first navigate the convoluted and difficult to understand directions. To the management office to get your key cards. THEN, you must go back on another snipe-hunt through difficult and convoluted directions to the condo. It was almost 5 by the time we navigated this maze of directions. I must mention the staff at the management company was helpful and responsive. I am a longtime VRBO user and I have never given a scathing review, but it is well-deserved of the management company.

Thank you Cameron for your feedback and review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo and the great location at the Mountain House and lifts. We apologize for the delay you experienced during check-in and getting to your condo. Unfortunately, this property isn't yet part of a self-check-in program, so guests are required to pick up their keys at our office, which is located along Highway 6 in Keystone. The Slopeside complex is in the Mountain House base area and it is a bit complicated to navigate around the shuttle buses and parking areas to get to the Slopeside garage. Upon reviewing the directions, I found them to be accurate and we do recommend following our specific instructions as GPS can lead to incorrect routes. We strive to provide an enjoyable and comfortable stay for our guests and I'm sorry that our check-in process did not meet your expectations. I hope that you'll give us another chance to provide a positive stay. ~ SummitCove Lodging
