The house will be offered exclusively as a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Perfect for families traveling with extended family or teens. VRBO #1083271- will no longer be available for reservations and listing VRBO #20715 will be the primary listing for the property. Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The cottage is pet-friendly.

We welcome our four legged guests. Dogs must be leashed and well behaved on the beach. We count on our guests to respect the cottage and keep pets off furniture and beds and clean up after pets in the yard. The neighborhood directly west of the cottage is a great place for long walks.

One-of-a-kind *PRIVATE* beach house. There's nothing like Paradise Found Florida on the barrier island. Paradise Found Florida is a stand-alone cottage with a private backyard and direct access to the beach.

For the adventurer ride to Honest John's Fish Camp and take a step back in time. A great place to explore the Indian River where the wildlife abounds: dolphins, Manatee, Otters, and plenty of tropical birds. Book a nature tour. Sebastian Inlet State Park is a a renowned historical park. The Treasure Museum and Fishing Museum highlight true Florida History.

Near Cape Canaveral and great viewing of the many launches occurring weekly. Stroll antique shops, golf, and guides are available for fishing the Indian River or the Atlantic Ocean. Disney is a short 90 minutes across the Beach Line.

Another great stay

This was our second month-long stay at Paradise Found. The house is perfect for us. We bring two dogs who are right at home. Also had our granddaughter and daughter-in-law visit. The private yard was enjoyed by all. The beach is quiet. We really enjoy the area and local restaurants. Julia is a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful area. More residential so don’t expect shops nearby. We wanted a quiet week. House has so much character. Kitchen is small but well stocked with cooking equipment. Coffee bar with kettle and French press was a nice touch. Small ice maker did the trick.

Definitely Paradise!

We stayed at this property last year and absolutely fell in love with it. We were so happy to be able to vacation here again. The view is amazing, there’s plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor shower doesn’t disappoint. I would highly recommend this property for a great family vacation.

We just love this place - so comfy and a bit quirky , just our style . and awesome being right on this gorgeous beach !!! Perfect for us 2 couples each with our own dog. The house is on the main road but all waterfront homes are in Melbourne beach. Quiet inside ! Owner is super responsive and available . Can’t wait to come back !

If you are looking for an awesome, quiet, breathtaking beach you found it! Seller very responsive to any questions or issues. Found several wonderful resaurants within 1-5 miles of property. Had friends visit for a couple days and they also loved it, plenty of room to spread out for privacy.

We have stayed many times at Paradise Found and always had a wonderful time. It is just as the pictures show and it is always clean and comfortable. Our daughter and her family have heard us talking about the cottage for years and couldn't wait to join us this year. They couldn't wait to meet Julia and see for themselves what we have told them of our vacations there. The cottage is the perfect place to get away, it is private, quiet and only steps from the ocean. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed.

Paradise Found is a 'happy' accident! I (Julia) grew up in the Sebastian/Vero area and loved being a child on the beaches here. My parents have always lived in Florida, but my life has taken me in several different directions. Joe and I were fortunate to find this special place and we are now so pleased to share it with our guests It truly is 'Old Florida' and a slice of Paradise.

Why they chose this property

There is nothing more special than having a wonder of nature at your door step. The Atlantic Ocean is a mighty and powerful thing full of interest and wonder. The beauty of the area abounds. Each season brings it's own special circumstances: Fishing, shelling, birds and the magnificent turtles that have nested here for centuries. Looking over the ocean and viewing the manatee, dolphins, fish and the occasional whale are truly spectacular. Of course just relaxing and pondering over the energy the ocean creates isn't bad either. The life force of the ocean is ever evolving and to have the chance to be apart no matter how short is priceless.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit of this property is a virtually private beach. This truly is 'Old Florida'. There are no high rises, commercial traffic or other distractions. This is a very private part of the beach with private access. Yet! You are close to the things you want. Shopping and necessities are a short drive or bicycle ride. Historic sites are close by: Sebastian Inlet, The Cape and even the Orlando theme parks are within an easy commute. It's the best of both worlds. The guest unit provides a private accommodation with exclusive amenities of a stand alone property- while maintaining affordable beachside accommodations.
