Come and enjoy the Gard sun to rest and spend a dream vacation!

We offer you our modern house of 90m2 in a quiet and family area.
Ideally located less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful Roman cities in the South of France, Avignon, Nîmes, Arles and Orange, or even medieval like Uzès.

The activities will not fail:
Canoeing, visit of the Pont du Gard at 7km, Haribo Museum of Uzès, numerous markets, etc.
Beaches and Camargue at 45 minutes.
You will have:
a large fenced garden (automatic gate) and trees
a private swimming pool of 7x4 with security cover
a covered terrace,
barbecue

In the house you will find:
a 45m2 living room with fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine ...)
1 television, DVD player and Hi-Fi system
The night part consists of:
- a master suite with television, walk-in shower, sink, private WC and storage
- a children's room with bed for 1 person + extra bed for 1 person
- a bedroom with sofa bed
- a bathroom with bath, basin and dryer
- a separate toilet

Beds made on arrival.
Motorway access 5 minutes away.
National connecting Nîmes to Avignon 500 m from the house (in windy weather it can happen to hear cars).
Shops 5 minutes by car.
