RENOVATED APRIL 2024!

Looking for a comfortable place to rest, away from all the hustle and bustle, while you visit "Music City"? Located on a peninsula tucked away in Percy Priest Lake, you'll enjoy coming home to this clean, quiet, comfy 700 sqft cabin apartment with hardwood floors throughout.

Walk across the front porch and enter your bright, large, well-lit living room with comfy furniture and a full kitchen. To the left is your cozy master suite with a comfy king-size bed - guests agree they've never had a better night's sleep! The newly renovated, modern bathroom has everything you need, and the mini-split heating and cooling makes sure you're comfy.

Picture yourself sitting on the front porch looking out at the greenery and (quite possibly) deer or turkey, as you sip your morning coffee and get ready for a day of exploring Nashville, which is only 25 minutes away. You might spend another day hiking the nearby Volunteer Trail at Long Hunter State Park and discovering the area's unique flora and fauna. Or, go paddleboarding or kayaking on one of the nearby lakes. You could even rent a pontoon or take sailing lessons, if you're so inclined!

Everything else you could possibly need - from well-stocked grocery stores and gas stations to restaurants, bars and yoga studios - is right up the street, just 6 short miles away in rapidly growing Mount Juliet.

We just needed a place to spend the night while passing through Nashville. We ended up really enjoying the area and this rental. Eva was great and the accommodations were more than we could ask for. The bed was incredible!

Absolutely peaceful

We truly enjoyed the deer, quiet, cabin, location and well everything. Our hosts were wonderful. We were close to Nasville but loved going back at night to the country. For as peaceful as it is we were pleased by the number of resturants and stores close by.

The hosts were wonderful and the place itself is the perfect size for a couple. The location is within a short drive to most Nashville attractions. The unit is connected to the hosts house but the hosts weren’t obtrusive and were very friendly and respectful of our privacy

The cabin was a great size for two adults and awesome location to have a peaceful place to sleep but close enough to enjoy Nashville. Communication with the property owner was great, she was always prompt with responses! We did find the mattress to be extremely hard, but thats our only complaint from our stay!

The house was clean, cozy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable so we slept great. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for morning or evening walks. Close enough to Nashville and the airport for easy access but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Peaceful setting

The property was in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the evenings. Long Hunter State Park is a short 5 minute drive from the cabin. We visited the park daily to walk the beautiful 2 mile loop around the lake. Nashville is an easy drive from the cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

We've loved living in this dreamy, totally unique neighborhood since 2006. It's quiet, we know our neighbors, people walk, jog and ride their bikes - and we're on a peninsula in the lake, which means very little traffic, so we sleep well and hear the birds chirping!
