Delightful Stay

Owners were exceptional in responsiveness. Setting lush vegetation with probably the most beautiful pool in SW Florida. Condo was a little dark but overall this was a really good place to stay.

April in Naples

Audrey and Donald were amazing hosts from the minute I booked the property providing timely updates and info while being super attentive throughout the stay, always responding to my questions the same day. The condo was very nice, quiet, good location, clean. The back porch overlooking a quaint oasis is the perfect location to relax or work. No complaints from our trip.

Paradise in East Naples

This dream condo is perfectly located about 2 mins walk from the huge salt-water pool, it has all anyone can require for a short or long stay (we stayed for 1 month). Clean, bright, comfy, quiet, loaded, perfectly located. And in the case there is anything missing, Audrey and Donald (the lovely owners) will be there in no time bringing it to you... We really enjoyed our time here and we will definitely return.

This condo was exactly as listed. We had an absolute wonderful time. Condo was very clean, bed was super comfortable, best sleep ever, location was spot on! Condo had everything you could possibly need, only thing you need to bring is your own food, unless you eat out! Audrey and Donald were super nice and very accommodating, couldn’t ask for better hosts! Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful condo in lovely complex

Our host, Audrey, thought of virtually everything guests can need for a long stay in this beautiful condo. The place is clean and comfortable and decorated with taste. My wife and I loved the large lanai, which overlooks some lovely vegetation with water gently flowing over the rocks in the garden below. The condo complex is beautiful landscaping and is large enough to be able to take 2-3 mile walks within the grounds. Your host, Audrey, is incredibly quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this condo for your time in Naples.

Falling waters complex and condo just perfect!!!

The care given to this condo by the owners is exceptional. Everything has been planned to make your stay perfect. Audrey and Donald are truly thorough hosts who have your well-being at heart. We can only thank them for the wonderful month we spent there. We are already looking forward to our next stay. In addition to the condo, we took full advantage of the swimming pool which is an asset worthy of a MED club. Also, we discovered that Naples is the world capital of Pickleball and we took full advantage of it with its 59 courts. It is not surprising that the last US Open was held there!!! We highly recommend this condo if you are the type looking for perfection...

Above and Beyond

VRBO needs to add more stars to rate this one. Property... beautiful, peaceful, convenient, well-stocked, great amenities, etc. Community pool is next-level. Best all-around rental we've had over the years. But the extra stars are for the hostess. Communication was on time, on point, and personal all the way through. We rented this property as a respite for my wife while she was going through an extended medical treatment protocol in Naples, which is hours from our home. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and made herself a resource for connecting with transportation, and several other things. It's not often we experience someone that sees beyond the transaction to the need. Really amazing and we are sincerely grateful. Cannot recommend enough, for these and too many other reasons to list!
