This ultra clean, tastefully done 2 BED, 2 BATH unit has all the amenities you would want for your holiday getaway! Welcome to Falling Waters off Davis Blvd, which has the largest TROPICAL POOL in S.W. Florida! SPACIOUS ROOMS ALL WITH BEAUTIFUL LAMINATE FLOORING THROUGHOUT! Just 5 miles from the beautiful beaches and world-class restaurants that Naples Florida is known for!
The Master bedroom with king-size bed has sliders to a large, screened lanai where you'll enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine, overlooking a lovely lake with a fountain, and an island! There is a large bathroom en suite including separate tub, and shower, along with dual bowl sink/vanity. Master suite also includes a LARGE walk-in closet, and is furnished with Havana Palm furniture. The open plan living room has sliders to the same lanai overlooking the lake with a dining set for outside meals. The Guest bedroom has TWO twin beds, with a good sized closet, and the second bathroom is just adjacent to the the bedroom. Bed linens and towels provided. Each room features flat screen TV's as well.
The kitchen is FULLY EQUPPED including large refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also includes utensils, dishware, cookware, coffeemaker, electric kettle, and toaster. Of course there is central air conditioning throughout as well! There is ample storage, adjacent to the ONE CAR CARPORT for beach chairs, and golf equipment.

Marcos was quick to respond to emails/texts and very easy to work with to complete the reservation. The condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and heated to perfect temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It was very well equipped, stocked, clean and in a great location. We love to sit outside so the screened lanai was a bonus. Perfect hosts. We would definitely recommend this property and we are hoping to return again soon.

Property was just as in the pictures. Tastily decorated and in a great location. Everything in the condo was clean and it was fully equipped. Owner was brilliant on the one occasion we had to contact him. The residents were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property

Lovely condo in east Naples, gated community.

Very nicely appointed condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved sitting on the screened in lanai to drink my coffee in the morning and read my book! The lanai is facing the east, and comfortable anytime of day! A close 1/4 mile walk to pool. Many trails and sidewalks to ride bikes.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön , die Poolanlage könnte nicht besser sein. Lage super. Der Vermieterzuverlässig. Es gibt alles was man benötigt um einen perfekten Urlaub zu haben. Sogar Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm.

Truly a Home Away from Home

Great condo with everything you could need. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils/pots/pans and storage. It has both a coffee maker with a pot and a Keurig! Lovely screened lanai overlooking the small lake and fountain. Really nice gated community feels very safe. Short drive to downtown Naples. Brand new large TV in main living area and as well as TVs in both bedrooms. Owner is very responsive and very nice to work with. We had to evacuate our own house due to Hurricane Ian and he was very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent place for a getaway vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay in Marco’s condo. Everything was very clean and many items in the unit are brand new. We had two minor maintenance issues that Marco addressed immediately. Within a few hours of notifying him about the issues, his maintenance man called to set up a time for him to correct the issues. The response time was amazing. We would definitely stay in Marco’s condo again.

After an exhaustive 2 year search, we discovered this gem of a unit, in a FANTASTIC complex, and even more GLORIOUS, location! The unit itself is spacious (over 1300 sqft), with the vaulted ceilings, and view of the lake, it was an instant love affair!

What makes this property unique

Just seeing the resort-like pool was enough for me! The unit itself, with the lake view, and spaciousness, was just a plus!
