Just minutes from the pristine beach, and footsteps to your palm-lined pool, this oasis is located in the prestigious, Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Relish your morning coffee and sunset views from the private balcony of your spacious, master bedroom.

This is a two story villa has had a complete update throughout the unit. Fresh paint and flooring throughout the unit. The dining area and living room all located downstairs with an open floor plan that's perfect for gathering. The open kitchen has all new appliances and countertops. The area is designed perfectly for gathering of friends and family.

The adorable living room does have a sleeper sofa to allow 2 more people to sleep. Patio off the living room is perfect for morning coffee or even an evening dinner. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed and the second bedroom also has 2 Twin beds. Both bedrooms each have their own private bath.

This unit is close to historic, downtown Fernandina, with its diverse restaurants, shops, and galleries. This beach getaway is a relaxing vista to escape to and a great place to make memories with family and friends!
