Cozy modern vibes!

We loved this condo! My family has lived on Amelia for over 25 years and I know the island very well. The location is perfect and the value is great. The property had everything we needed and we loved the updated open floor plan and natural modern aesthetic. Owner is very responsive too. We will definitely stay again!

The villa is beautiful. It is very conveniently located within the Omni Resort. You caneasily walk to the hotel and all the shops. The villa is wellappointed with everything you need. This was our first time on Amelia Island. We will be back and we will rent this unit again.

Perfect Beach/Golf Getaway!

We had a great stay in Amelia Island. This place was awesome and did not disappoint! Everything was very nicely updated and clean. Chip was a great host! He responded quickly and was great about communicating on how to access the property. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous host and house!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious and fully functional. It had two pools within walking distance, and only a few minutes drive away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive. Fantastic property. Clean and updated. The only con was the main bedroom did have some noise from the highway but we would stay agaon for sure.
