The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New primary shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Franklin. The neighborhood was peaceful and surrounded by vibrant greenery, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, it felt like stepping into our own home—cozy, spacious, and incredibly quiet.The large windows in every room offered lovely views of the outdoors, where we enjoyed watching bunnies, birds, and dragonflies throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and we slept so well each night.Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us—we will definitely be back!

Joyce (the host) did a great job with making her place ready for our girls trip to Franklin. The rooms and amenities worked out great. Anything that might need a little explanation had a nearby label with instructions. Unlike some rentals that either appear as someone's lived in home with full closets and cabinets or others that are barren, this house was more suitability equipped for guests to make it a home away from home. This house is situated in a nice neighborhood. I (and the girls) definitely recommend this property.

Simply Gorgeous

We just loved our stay in this home. Instantly felt comfortable and relaxed by the beautifully decorated and roomy home. The kitchen had everything we needed and mini moon pies! The bedrooms were so big, with comfortable beds and pillows, We slept so much better than any hotel we have stayed in, We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at Joyce’s property. Everything was very clean when we got there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had nice little extras like coffee and sodas in the fridge. Beds were super comfy and extra blankets were plentiful. Joyce was quick to respond to me and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Place to Stay!

This is a wonderful VRBO … VERY clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, safe neighborhood, the listing was represented accurately, and communication with owner was good. We will definitely try to stay here again as we have family in this community. I have never rated a VRBO so highly, so if you are particular about cleaniness and safety, look no further!

Great House!

My sisters and I rented this house for our sisters trip and it was awesome! The owner was amazing and very attentive and the house was amazing! If we ever go back to Franklin we will definitely rent this house again!!!

Perfect Place

House was a lovely layout for our group of 4 and had everything we needed and more. Host had coffee and few treats set up for us and beds and overall vibe of home was extremely comfortable. As in previous reviews, the home is VERY well maintained and clean. May have to make this location a yearly destination.

A wonderful place to stay in Franklin!

This single dwelling house was a perfect place to stay! The recently updated bathrooms were beautiful, bedrooms roomy and comfortable, large country kitchen and eating area with great back yard, and roomy living room. The owners were very welcoming with a nice note on a big chalkboard in kitchen with useful info, fresh flowers on the table, and local snacks- moonpies!

Such a sweet place

This rental was the best one I’ve ever experienced. From the cleanliness of the home, communication with the owner, to having everything we needed at hand and more! The house was so warm and inviting that we felt like we’re we home.

Best VRBO ever

Everything was excellent-from the cleanliness, to the super comfortable beds. The little extra amenities were very appreciated-coffee pods for Keurig/coffee for coffee maker I you prefer/half and half, Easy check in and very responsive to one very small problem about how to work the shower. The best we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend. Great place.

Fabulous

Return visit to this lovely property,10 mins drive from bars/restaurants in Franklin. Joyce is easy to deal with and the property is spotless. It’s the little touches and extras that make this property such a gem. It will always be our 1st choice when visiting Nashville.

Highly recommend! This home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was convenient to Franklin, Cool Springs and Downtown. Many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores close by. The home was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Owners communicated well.

This house is a one-story ranch home with easy access for guests. It is located close to I-65 and quick to find and unload after a long day's travel or a trip from BNA airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is also close to downtown Historic Franklin. We live in the same neighborhood and believe this is a great property to share with guests.
