The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New primary shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.

Even though the house was older, it was immaculate, comfy and cozy! Owners were above and beyond to make themselves available for communication. The check in and check out process could not have been easier and they left us some wonderful recommendations for things to do and see locally!

We had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, it included everything needed for a wonderful stay. The hosts were very responsive. We even left an expensive pair of sunglasses and they are sending them to us. The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet, cute, and safe! We will definitely be back!!

This was one of my favorite VRBOs! The host was great. The house was just perfect! The beds were comfortable; the sheets and the towel towels were nice quality.The house is decorated so pretty and the shaded yard was so nice. Super close to just about everything. We had to drive up to Nashville one day, shopped lots in downtown Franklin, plus lots of stores, restaurants, and grocery stores within just a few minutes.AND SUPER CLEAN!Hope to return some day.

A great house on a quiet street! The home was very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for the week. We enjoyed having coffee on the back patio. A peaceful yard and neighborhood. We would definitely book again!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay over Memorial weekend. Super clean and well stocked kitchen and amenities. Location was ideal for pretty much anything that you needed or planned to do and in a nice neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in the immediate area or close to Nashville. Excellent communication with hosts.

The property is in a lovely neighborhood very about ten minutes from the town square in Franklin. It is a very easy drive to get there. My family stayed there for a wedding and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Communication with the owner was responsive and easy. We had a great time in the area and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother and the house was perfect for us. It is just as pictured on the website. Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and responses were immediate with my questions. I would highly recommend this property for vacationers! I'm hoping it will be available for us when we return to the area.

Stayed here 4 nights for a girls getaway with some friends from all across the country. The house is beautiful, clean, came stocked with very nice extra snacks, coffees and teas. The outside fire pit area was so nice in the evening and early morning! VERY easy and effective communication! Safe, comfortable community setting and very easy drive into Franklin and downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is a one-story ranch home with easy access for guests. It is located close to I-65 and quick to find and unload after a long day's travel or a trip from BNA airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is also close to downtown Historic Franklin. We live in the same neighborhood and believe this is a great property to share with guests.
