Going forward anytime I need to come to Franklin for work. This is where I’m staying. I’ve stayed in a lot of BNB and Vrbo’s and this is one of the best.

Family of 5 stayed at the Carolyn house to be close to a family event in Franklyn. House was cute and spacious and completely fine for our needs. Kids loved the pool table in the basement and the kitchen worked well for the meals we had in the space. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is very convenient to grocery stores and multiple attractions in Franklin. Communication with Avant Stay is excellent! A couple areas for improvement: the house had a musty smell when we arrived. It dissipated after a day or so but it was notable. The mattress in the master bedroom is too big for the frame so if you sit or lay on the side not supported by the frame you'll slide right down to the floor. Lastly I'll note that the backyard didn't match the pictures. It was older and covered in cobwebs and the corn hole was broken. It was too hot and buggy out for us to want to use it but it should be cleaned for future guests and consider including tiki candles or other mosquito repellent.
