100 year old home five blocks from Historic Downtown Franklin, TN

1016 West Main features a recently renovated second floor apartment with a separate entrance and plenty of on-street parking in front of this historic home built in 1911. It features three bedrooms ( two with queen beds and one with twin beds) and two full bathrooms. Also included is a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Other amenities include satellite TV, high speed internet and a large balcony overlooking W. Main Street. A short five block walk will get you to the shops and restaurants of this charming Pre- Civil War town. Please note that we are in the Central Time Zone.
For additional space, check out VRBO # 1219290. It is the one bedroom, one bath, 850 sq. ft. loft apartment over our three car garage.

This historic home was a pure joy to stay in. It was the perfect location, extremely well stocked with everything anyone would need or want, and it had charm and elegance while still being homey. We have stayed in dozens of short-term rentals and this one was definitely a top choice.

This is one of my favorite VRBO stays. The host met our every needs and went beyond with extras. The rooms were so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. My goodness it was perfect. We walked to downtown Historic District .

We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to town and driving distance to Nashville. The hosts were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Everything we could need was provided and we were encouraged to let them know if anything else was required. We would definitely stay here again!!

David and Deena were wonderful! This home is stocked with just about everything you would need, right down to the noise machine for better sleep. The home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the cute little shops and restaurants. The town of Franklin is the most charming place I've ever been. It belongs in a Hallmark move!

Franklin Family vacation
