100 year old home five blocks from Historic Downtown Franklin, TN

1016 West Main features a recently renovated second floor apartment with a separate entrance and plenty of on-street parking in front of this historic home built in 1911. It features three bedrooms ( two with queen beds and one with twin beds) and two full bathrooms. Also included is a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Other amenities include satellite TV, high speed internet and a large balcony overlooking W. Main Street. A short five block walk will get you to the shops and restaurants of this charming Pre- Civil War town. Please note that we are in the Central Time Zone.
For additional space, check out VRBO # 1219290. It is the one bedroom, one bath, 850 sq. ft. loft apartment over our three car garage.

David and Deena were wonderful! This home is stocked with just about everything you would need, right down to the noise machine for better sleep. The home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the cute little shops and restaurants. The town of Franklin is the most charming place I've ever been. It belongs in a Hallmark move!

Southern Charm and Hospitality

A charming historic home located blocks from downtown Franklin that has lovely hosts. The whole upstairs has a separate entrance that is yours to enjoy. Great amenities abound. We would definitely stay again.

Franklin Family vacation

We loved the house. I was clean and very nice. It was really convenient to be so close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and walking into town. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Downtown Franklin TN House

My siblings and I (three couples ) were in Franklin for a family reunion and were so happy to have found David and Deen's VRBO. There was more than enough space for the six of us, and we enjoyed being able to walk into town. It was a rainy few days, but no worries; David and Deen had plenty of umbrellas handy. The beds were comfortable, and the two bathrooms worked fine for us. Their place exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Family get together

We had a lovely weekend in Franklin, TN. It’s a charming town with lots to do and see. Shopping, great restaurants, and historical places to explore. The Vrbo property was beautiful, clean and well supplied with extra details to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this place. Bravo!

David was helpful and so welcoming. The home is very well appointed (though we didn't attempt to cook there as the nearby eateries were so enticing!) Being walking distance to downtown is ideal, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great experience - a home away from home
