Boulder is voted the best town in the US to live in, known for being eco-friendly with excellent mountain biking and hiking trails in the foothills of the mountains with open space surrounding the town. Boulder has great shopping, excellent restaurants, a lively college town feel, no matter what time of year, it is an excellent location to visit. Our home is close to CU Campus and a short drive to the Boulder Pearl Street Mall. The home is a 40 minutes to great skiing at Eldora Ski Area.
