Nice apartment, central and all renovated with large terrace facing the sea, very spacious and bright, located between the mountain of the castle of Alicante and the Postiguet beach, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views over the beach and bay of Alicante.
The property has a perfect acoustic and thermal insulation in all rooms. It has a large living room, overlooking the bay, large kitchen all furnished with sea views. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the master suite is master. It also has two full bathrooms and garage in the building.
In front of the apartment there is a walkway with direct access to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy a good swim at any time of the day and even at night, since the beach is illuminated.
It is located in the best and most exclusive area of ​​Alicante, central and just a few steps from shopping centers, places of entertainment, restaurants and places of tourist interest in the city.
Gather everything to make it the best option to enjoy a wonderful vacation at sea.
In the square of the street, in front of where the floor is, you can enjoy games for children and equipment for gymnastics for the outdoors, and with beautiful views of the sea.

Superb location

Nice apartment in a fantastic location overlooking Alicante's largest beach and at the base of its beautiful castle. With the windows open a wonderful sea breeze blows through the apartment every day, and everything in downtown Alicante is within a 10-30 minute walk. Mabel was a very friendly and helpful guide and always available, which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location and views!

We spent 7 nights at this wonderful apartment in Alicante. The unit was extremely clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It's located directly across from Playa del Postiguet and the Casco Antiguo-Santa Cruz is an easy walk. It was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better host than Mabel! We'd definitely stay again.

lovely apartment and support

This was our first time in Alicante and we were glad we chose this apartment. it’s spacious, airy and clean with lots of kitchen facilities. Great showers. Very comfortable all round and in a good location near the beach and town. Mabel was incredibly helpful, even ordering us a taxi for the airport. She gave us lots of local information and was supportive throughout , it gives you confidence in a different country. In fact everyone in Alicante were friendly too. Thanks.

Beautiful Alicante Beachfront Oasis

The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Mabel was friendly and informative, answering any questions that we had. The only issue was that the air conditioning unit was only in the living room, so since the unit was so large, the bedrooms were quite hot to sleep. Ceiling fans helped but anyone with allergies might not be able to have them going all night. Otherwise, it was perfection.

Fantastic Stay in Alicante

We stayed seven glorious nights in this beautiful Alicante apartment. With proximity to stores, a sandy beach, the old town, and the Santa Barbara Castle, one could not ask for more. Alicante is a safe, family-oriented, immaculate city with wonderful restaurants and a city marketplace for fresh produce. We were met by the owner, Mabel, whose enthusiasm for her city and apartment is unparalleled. Since her personal residence is adjacent to the rental, she was a door knock away; and she always met us with a smile and an accommodationing attitude. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, living room, and enclosed balcony with full ocean views. The WiFi was excellent, as well as all of the necessary amenities. If we were in Alicante again, this is the only place we would stay.

I traveled to Alicante with my wife ad 23 year old daughter for a week of vacation but also to visit my other daughter who was taking a summer course at the University of Alicante. We all had a wonderful experience. Mabel is a very kind and welcoming host. She was very responsive to all of our communication both leading up to and during our stay. She was waiting at the door for us when we stepped out of the cab and allowed us to check in early after our journey from the U.S. The apartment is in the perfect location to access the beach and everything that the beautiful town has to offer. It is very comfortable, has a million dollar view and is equipped with everything you will need. The beach, the food, the people and the city are all fantastic and we will be returning in the future to stay at Mabel's apartment for sure!

Amazing Stay in Alicante

This beautiful apartment couldn’t have been a better fit for our family of 5. The host Mabel met us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of the entire stay. Postiguet beach sits just below the apartment and is a 2 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. Each day we walked to the center of town which is a pleasant and safe 10 minute walk. The elevator to the castle is literally just below the apartment. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The dishwasher, washer and dryer worked well and we used them a lot. The rooms were clean and quiet to sleep in. The wind coming off the ocean and fans were mostly enough to get it cooled down even with the warm days but we did use the air conditioning an few times and it did a great job cooling the entire apartment. Below the apartment are two good restaurant bars and an ice cream store. A little grocery is 1 minute down the same street. We will be back for sure to stay in this wonderful apartment in beautiful Alicante. Thank you Mabel for an amazing stay!

"Deluxe"Apartment in Alicante

Beautiful beach views from a third floor dated apartment. Comfortable and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I wouldn't rate the dated apartment as DeLuxe. The living room is large with a mini split AC unit that broke down during our stay. We only used the AC for about 3 hours with one door open to alleviate initial musty odor when we first arrived. Property manager seems to discourage the use of the AC due to "high electric power cost".The rooms do not have AC or heating, instead they have ceiling fans. We advise future guests to pay a separate fee for indoor parking offered by the property manager. Street parking is nearly impossible. Property manager is pleasant, helpful but somewhat intensive in her communications skills. The apartment is very well situated next to Santa Barbara Castle and across from the beach. Very safe area of town with several restaurants nearby.

Beautiful Apartment in a Wonderful Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment on the beach at Postiguet in Alicante. Our host, Mabel, met us at the door early and graciously let us leave our bags in the apartment as we went off to eat lunch with family. Throughout our stay, Mabel made us feel at home--offering us advice about restaurants, shopping etc. The apartment is in a unique neighborhood--right across from Alicante's most famous beach. The building is up the hill a bit, below the castle, on a mini-esplanade with several places to drink or dine alfresco. The beach is easily accessible via a unique circular walkway that carries you down and across the main road to the beach. Finally, the neighborhood is in a great location. Not only is it just up the hill from the "old town" Barrio de Santa Cruz, it's an easy walk from Plaza Mar 2, a big shopping center nearby. The apartment itself has a panoramic view of the sea. With the windows open, the sea air wafts into the front rooms. We spent most our time in the glassed-in sun-porch and the living room, soaking in the sun and sea air. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped, and there is a washer and dryer. The three capacious bedrooms, with the two full baths, met our needs as a family of four perfectly. Finally, the entire apartment is nicely furnished, with everything you might want or need for a comfortable stay. We loved this apartment and truly appreciated the graciousness of our host, Mabel. We have every intention of returning next year!

The apartment is amazing and we have had our best holiday ever! Right on top of the Playa del Postiguet, the beautiful sandy beach is just a couple of minutes away. Likewise for the lift (elevator) to El Castillo de Santa Barbara. Inside, the apartment has been fully renovated with all modern comforts. Even towels and umbrella for the beach were provided! We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Alicante.

Une location qui a totalement satisfait nos attentes

Un appartement fort bien équipé, très agréable à vivre et avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La disponibilité et la prévenance de l'hôte qui répond rapidement à toute question ou demande d'assistance. La proximité de la très belle plage de Postiguet qui est accessible en 3 minutes à pied. La position de l'appartement comme point de départ de ballades le long de la mer ou dans le centre de la ville.

Sehr gut Lage, direkt am Strand und an der Altstadt. In der Wohnung sind Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle vorhanden, so dass nicht gemietet werden muss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Lebensmittel in 20-100m. Kleine TapasBar (3x) im Haus - 100m Entfernung. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt direkt in der Wohnung darunter.

Perfect location and amazing host!

This appt is in the best possible location with easy access to beach and walking. We had our whole family with young kids and it was everything we could have wanted. Mabel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Short vacation stay

My family and I stayed here to visit our daughter who is studying abroad at the Universidad en Alicante. We had an amazing experience. Location is top notch. Ocean view is stunning. Mabel lives in the building and was available 24/7 for any questions. Beautiful place. Would highly recommend and would love to go back.

Prachtig uitzicht aan het mooiste strand van Allicante. Warm welkom en een steeds bereikbare vriendelijke eigenaresse. Heel netjes en proper, 3 volwaardige slaapkamers. Frisse handdoeken en lakens. Geschikt voor zowel uitstapjes, restaurantbezoekjes en wandelingen als om comfortabel "thuis" te koken, rusten of netflix te kijken.

Excellent accueil et très bien placé

Tout est dit dans le titre! Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Mavel. L’appartement était idéalement placé, suffisamment près de l’hyper-centre pour y aller à pied, mais au calme pour se reposer. Le parking sécurisé est très appréciable. La vue mer et la proximité de la plage pour se baigner est un plus. Enfin et surtout, la propreté et les équipements étaient au top.

Fabulous apartment in excellent location

Our four night stay in this apartment was perfect. The shops and restaurants are an easy walk and the beach is a stone's throw away. The apartment has everything you could need and Maria is extremely helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful!

We traveled from the US to spend time in Alicante. We rented this unit for about 6 weeks. Had a really wonderful stay. Location was excellent. Davide’s, (Raval Roig) which has organic fruits and vegetables and ensured we had our 5 pounds of carrots for juicing daily, was just steps away as was El Mirador which had wonderful foods, coffee and great carrot juice. They also had ice cream and gelato! Several wonderful restaurants such as La Estancia and an Italian place with excellent pizza were also steps away. Less than one mile walking to most places for eating and enjoying the beauty of Alicante to include city center. Property was right across from the beach. Excellent view! Well equipped with all the basics needed. Mabel (Maria) the manager was right next door. She made sure all was well and she was wonderful and helpful. Note that air conditioning was not throughout the entire unit-only in living room but the wonderful fresh air breezes made it unnecessary to use most of the time. Wi-Fi was through a router (extender) and also only available in living room. No problem because that made us relax and sleep well rather than trying to keep up with work and news.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful week in beautiful Alicante! This 3 bedroom apartment was just right for our needs. The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk easily to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We never needed a car. And the beach was right out the front door and across the street! The views from the apartment of the lovely Mediterranean Sea were just breathtaking. Our favorite spot was sitting in the glass enclosed porch and watching the waves. Our host, Mabel, was easy to work with. She met us when we arrived, and gave us the information we needed to know. She was helpful with our questions and made herself available if we needed her throughout our stay. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked, although we ate most of our meals down in Old Town or the Barrio. The food in Alicante was amazing! It was a trip of a lifetime for our group from the USA. I would highly recommend this deluxe apartment for your visit to Alicante. And here is a secret hint: If you look out the window in the utility room off the kitchen, you will see the top of the Santa Barbara Castle! Pretty awesome!

A fantastic apartment, clean, spacious and well-equipped. A beautiful view and perfect location.

We loved this apartment. Highly recommend it and would definitely return. Mabel is a great landlady who happily does anything she can to make the stay perfect. She was there to meet us on our arrival and very kindly let us enter the apartment before the official entry time.Very comfortable living areas and nice bedrooms. The kitchen is a good size and was well stocked. Lovely wee touches in the bathroom and kitchen to make it a real home from home. We were grateful for the wee shops and cafe just below the apartment and access to the beach was so easy with a lift and a walkway across the road. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. A real gem - thank you Mabel!
