Gulf Shores Condo - Directly Across Road from Beach!

Complete renovation finished in February 2026. Great location! Gulf View condominiums is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is within walking distance to local shopping, dining, and local nightlife; such as Alvin's Island, The Hangout, Shrimp Basket, Sea-N-Suds, and Pink Pony.

This 2 bedroom/1.5 bath unit has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or a full weeks stay on the Gulf Coast. The living room offers a sectional sofa, 2 leather recliners and 75 inch television. Adjoined to the living room are the dining area (with table and chairs for 4 and bar with seating for 4) and half bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking or grilling including a crockpot, blender, mixer, and Keurig coffee maker.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and offer in master a king bed and sleeper sofa with full size bed and guest bedroom offers twin bunk beds or with queen bed (perfect for 2 families of 3-4). The full bath is located between the two bedrooms. Bedding, towels, hand towels, and washcloths (upon request) are provided.

Gulf View condominiums is directly across from the Gulf of America. There are balconies located off the living room and one of the bedrooms, which offer a limited gulf view.

Note: There is a 41.50 dollar per car (up to 2 cars) fee for parking. You will need to purchase within 15 minutes of your arrival time by following the signs in the parking area.

There is also a pet fee of 150 per pet per stay. This will be a separate miscellaneous charge, and the renter is responsible for informing the owner if you will be bringing your pets.

Gulf View is located minutes from: The Wharf (Shopping, Dining, Entertainment), Tanger Outlets, The Track, Waterville USA, and exclusive golf courses (such as The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, & Craft Farms). Also, nearby is the Pensacola Naval Air Museum.

Snowbird and Non-Peak Monthly Rates:
November-February = 2,000 per month.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Beds were super comfy and just want we needed after a long day. Perfect place for us!

Bip’s condo is only a short walk from the beach and has a peekaboo view of the water from the balcony, The beds were soooo comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed. The complex is small (which I prefer) and had a pool just outside the front door. The host (Bip) was super responsive and willing to go above and beyond. Best of all, we were able to bring our pet! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Gulf Shores get-away

First, the price per night on the listing turned out to be a lot less then we actually had to pay after fees and paying to park, so read the fine print carefully. It was a clean, nice unit and the primary bed slept well. Location was convenient, but the views are of the backs of high rise beach condos, and looking East is a derelict parking lot of some kind with construction debris? And you will not see the sun rise nor set due to high rise condos obstructing the view. And they disclose that parking is tight, but it was very difficult to get my Outback in and out due to a block wall directly behind the space (a paid privilege). We will be back to Gulf Shores, but not this unit.

Hello Marty, you were a great guest. I agree the East side of the condo is not always maintained and I have called the city multiple times about it as it is not our condo's property. I will call them again today just to reiterate I got a complaint about it. When my guests have really big vehicles I can oftentimes reroute and work out other places on the property for them to park. I wish I had known you were struggling during your stay so I could have worked out a better spot but I agree parking is tight. I'm so glad you will be back to Gulf Shores and I would be happy to host you again if you ever wanted to reconsider booking with me. I have multiple properties that might better fit your needs. I take all feedback seriously and look for anyway to make my guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

Bip is Amazing and I’d rent from her again!

The worst part of our 4-day stay was the first 18 hours. When we arrived the unit wasn’t up to standards for cleanliness. We were exhausted and it was late so I didn’t reach out to Bip until the morning. Once contacted, she was on top of communications and instantly brought the cleaning crew back to get the place in order. She also met with us in person to make sure we were in a good spot. I don’t think the cleanliness issue is common for the property and we just happened to get it after a previous guest didn’t treat it with respect. Because of how great Bip is we stayed at the unit and I’d specifically look for another one of her properties when staying in GS again. Though the unit was perfect, the owners response was and that is truly priceless. Bip is 5 stars!

Great Location

The property is easy walking distance to the beach. It is decorated as shown in pictures in a light, beachy and simple way. The half bath downstairs is awesome. The condo is roomier than I expected did not feel small at all. The kitchen is well equipped with new and nearly new appliances, plates, glasses, flatware, knives and an ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer. There is a full size washer/dryer....just bring detergent. There is a charcoal grill (2) available near the bottom of the stairs for Unit #2. The host was very responsive, often replying within minutes. The beds/pillows are comfortable. The sheets were too small for our mattress and came off the corners all the time.....this is an easy fix and likely just an err on the housekeeping staff's part. The closet comes with tons of hangers and there is a nice sized standing dresser for other clothes. As with all close to the beach homes and condos there is a slight grit of sand at the entrance. The couch could use a good cleaning. The host is so responsive I would bet the nit picky items above are handled asap! We enjoyed our stay and yes we would go back and do recommend this as a great place to stay in Gulf Shores!

Absolutely wonderful

Condo was perfect. Great location, able to walk to many restaurants, stores and mini golf. Right across the street from the beach which was great. Kiddos enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again for our next gulf shores vacation.

This is an excellent place to stay. The location is awesome. You can see the ocean although it’s across the street. It was very clean and very well decorated. My three month stay, at this condo, was very good and enjoyable. It was very clean and well decorated. The location was close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Pantry space was limited for long stays but not a huge problem. Arriving and leaving without an elevator and having the bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, could cause problems for some. I was very satisfied with the condo overall. I recommend it.
