Direct Lake Views, Modern Condo on Lake Dillon, Minutes to Keystone, On Bus Route

Dillon Bay Hideaway is a ground floor 2 bedroom condo with direct and unobstructed views of Lake Dillon, Buffalo and Red Mountains and the Ten Mile Range. Located in Dillon and just a short 10 minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort, this condo has been fully remodeled and is light, bright and airy. There is a clubhouse with swimming pool and hot tubs, and unbeatable views from the living room, kitchen and deck.

Dillon Bay has a large open living space with spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and all cooking utensils, appliances and place setting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating up to 6 people, there is a counter bar in the kitchen with additional seating for 4 people, for dining up to 10 people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with a gas fireplace, HDTV, DVD player, and direct lake views.

The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is an en suite primary bathroom with granite counters and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a 2 Full size beds. There is a bathroom in the hall right outside of Bedroom 2 with granite counters and walk in shower. The condo has a washer dryer in the unit.

The unit has a large private deck with table and seating for 4 people and stunning lake and mountain views. There is a one car garage and additional surface parking for one vehicle. Guests have access to the neighborhood private clubhouse which is just a short walk or drive from the unit. The clubhouse has a heated outdoor swimming pool, and indoor hot tub, lounge and picnic area. The condo is on the free Summit Stage bus stop directly across the highway from the condo, less than 5 minute walk.

Sleeping Arrangements are as follows:
Primary: Queen, private bathroom
2nd: 2 Fulls, bath in hall

This condominium complex is non-smoking including all outdoor areas. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests.

Fantastic views.

Great place with amazing views of the mountains and Lake Dillon! Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the gas fireplace as well. Only downside is some traffic noise (that you cannot hear from bedrooms) since it’s right off the main road. Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again!

Condo worked perfectly for my boys and I. Nice comfy beds, modestly sized bathrooms and relaxing family room. We didn’t cook here, but the kitchen area had every needed utensil! Easy checkin and check out. I’d not hesitate to stay here again. A gem in the mountains that close to five stellar ski resorts!

Lake Dillon getaway

The unit is just like it looks in the listing. Spacious, updated, and everything you need. The lake is across the highway 6. Ample parking, plus a one car garage if want to park there. So glad to have a mini-vacation and experience this area in the summer versus only ski season.

Great layout of condo!

We loved the condo - the layout is perfect for a group of 4. The downside was the hot tub was a drive up the hill. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty and the jets didn’t work. I don’t think the condo should advertise it has a hot tub.

Clean, comfy, and odor-free. Floorplan provides best mix of private and common space. Up to date furnishings and electronics. And the saving grace, a slick non-stick frypan. Kitchen fully outfitted, though the flatware utencils were too flat for me. Bath towels bed linens aplenty, BR closets and storage space just right.Fully functional gas fireplace was ascetically pleasing, warmed the room, and our ski/snowboard boots. We love to find properties like this, unload the vehicles, unpack, then relax and be entertained by the Rockies.

Great Stay - Very Clean - Good Location

This was a great condo. The place was very clean and well cared for. Great view out of the back. There is road noise if you sit on the patio, but we were expecting that given that it is right by HWY 6. You cannot hear it inside, which is nice. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves all weekend. It was great. We drove a mile down the road and kayaked at Lake Dillon and went for a bike ride on the path that goes around the lake. Customer service was prompt and supportive. This is a great location for so many nearby mountain activities in the winter or the summer. All in all, it was a great stay and we would happily return.

Great place highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It looks and is as nice as the listing. The only negative is a little bit of the key 6 noise, however you so t hear it inside the condo just when you sit outside. We took advantage of Lake Dillion, fishing and paddle boarding. We went to Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Pass. We white water rafted in Buena Vista highly recommend that. We did several hikes local to Silverthorne/Dillon and some in Breckenridge all were amazing. Place is stocked with everything you need.

This was a great location for us. Within 10-15 min to Silverthorn, Frisco and Brenkenridge. It was newly remolded and has a warm comfy feel. A lot of space to spread out and relax. Will definitely be back!
