Casa Turchino C is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps four people. From Casa Turchino C you will enjoy a fascinating view of the swimming pool and of the garden. Casa Turchino C is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Lago Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles).
Casa Turchino C is located on the bottom floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that cuts through the garden.
To stay at Casa Turchino C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a fenced covered parking space. Casa Turchino C is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The residence can host about 33 people in total.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a swing and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
